Dropped car off fine, we waited 45 mins for our car to turn up on our arrival back to Bristol after 3 phone calls, car came back filthy dirty inside and outside of car and in both front footwells, a few days later I got a parking fine for £60 which showed my car was parked up in a prohibited place in Bristol Airport but 6 hours after I had left the car with them. Phoned the company they did eventually pay it but took them about a week to do so, use at your own risk!

They collected my car on time, took the seven pounds but didn't need it. It came back filthy, however, their driver 30 minutes after they had taken it,stopped in a prohibited area and as a consequence, given me a minimum fine of £60. Apart from the telephone, they are a hard to correspondence with. Having contacted them several times, they haven't had the decency to apologise let alone speak to me. I have an appeal ongoing, but don't hold out much hope in that direction. So BEWARE, they may be cheap on the face of it, but the hidden costs can be something else.

DO NOT USE - dreadful and completely unprofessional. I left my BMW with them from 04.06 to 12/06/25 - On return it took 4 calls to get a response and the car came back absolutely covered in mud both inside and outside. Carpets, pedals and door interior (both sides) covered in mud to the point it needed professional cleaning. The boot was all disorganised as if it had been used for transporting goods. The driver was gone in a flash without even checking if I was the owner. The car had also travelled 27 miles from when left. Contacted the company with no response.

Car came back filthy hiding a dent in passenger door. This is a brand new car only 3 months old and I checked it before handing over as car was clean. Will never use them again

They are cheap compared to elsewhere but our car came back stinking dirty like it was parked in a field. Also subway wrapper just left in the passenger footwell and crumbs all over the seat. They were prompt however.

Absolutely awful service! Arrived at airport after phoning these twice no one there to take car had to phone again! And waiting over 20 minutes for someone ! Arrived back into Bristol landed phoned collected luggage no car waited over 20 minutes for our car then a very abrupt girl phoned us to say she was in car park and to come find her ! Was very rude when we did find her . We had left money in the car taken along with cds avoid which we had

If you value your car don't trust it to thus shower. They met me and took the car and delivered it back damaged. It was 1.15 a.m. in the morning and as I loaded the luggage into the boot the driver vanished. I walked the car and the drivers side front bumper was badly grazed. I called the company in the morning and was told to send a picture of the damage to their WhatsApp number. I have done this twice now hoping they would do the right thing as the car was damaged by their drivers in their service and I have been ignored. Awful company.

Good drop off experience but on return it took 45 mins from my call to return; seemed to have ‘forgotten’ my call as I had to ring twice.

Rung up to make changes to our booking as was travelling a day later than originally planned and was told that the booking had been amended. No record of it when we dropped off our cars, so I reconfirmed the details. Waited around an hour for our cars on return as the amendments had still not been made and so our cars were offsite. The guy who dropped off our car was apologetic but it was booked for a quick getaway from the airport so would not use again.

What a great team! The staff at Forge Meet & Greet Bristol were incredibly professional, courteous, and accommodating.

My car broke down and went into limp mode on the way to the airport, yet they still managed to collect it without any issues. On my return, I couldn’t drive the car as I was travelling with young children. I explained the situation, and both the night and morning staff were exceptionally understanding and helpful.

Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. I’ll definitely be using your service again and recommending you to others.

Booked my car in Friday 23rd May until Friday 30th May. Car collected without any issues other than the booking form requests £5 to be left in glove box but £7 was asked for but luckily I had correct change. Called as instructed and car was returned within 10 minutes so all seem great. Got into car after hand over and steering wheel had been adjusted, seat was right back almost in a sleeping position, seat had been risen really high and last but not least stereo was blasting. Ok I understand the seat will need adjusting but nothing other than forward or back, moving it quite so much almost like a rude boy position was unprofessional. May be an idea to tell drivers not to mess with customers seating positions & leave the stereo alone. After all it’s only a 5 mile trip there & back in total unless less & driver had a little ride around🤷‍♂️

What a poor service all round. Used in April and took over an hour for my car to arrive back, despite following instructions. Other passengers on our plane called after us and got theirs 20 minutes before us. Then in May our flight changed so emailed, rang and texted to confirm. Phoned before arrival at 6am and nothing was in the book and staff had gone. Had to leave car in their car park and walk to the airport. Promised 50% refund and despite chasing twice, still nothing 2 weeks later. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Okay we arrive at airport phoned the number and waited 20 minutes for the ‘greet’ - this is after phong 30minutes beforehand. Then some rough looking guy arrives and asks for 7 pounds - the instructions star 5 I said this and he huffed and said well 5 then…. We have just picked up the car it is clear they haven’t looked after it - it was a lot dirtier than it was when we left it and smells like it was stored in a cow shed. Never ever again -avoid!

We had a private hire trip 50 seats The bus was very clean And the driver very friendly and fantastic driver in heavy traffic SMOOTH.

car was dropped off the smell of burning was awful and its a brand new car.  Checked the vehicle report and driven over 93mph in two mile distance and absolutely stinking 🤬
I'm totally disgusted and very unhappy.

Late for our flight and this service was a lifesaver! Dropped the car off quick and made it to security with time to spare. My wife was worried about leaving the car but everything was perfect when we got back at midnight. Really takes the stress out of traveling tbh.

Our fourth time of using Forge meet and greet and it won’t be the last.
Friendly, reliable, flexible and trustworthy, can’t recommend more highly.

Prompt collection and delivery of vehicle. This was our second time using Forge meet and greet.

I had a very good experience with this company particularly with my driver Ashley, he was very polite and very helpful. Ashley was ready for me with my car on my return.

Excellent Service and cheaper than the others on offer. I called once I’d collected my luggage and by the time we got to drop off car park our car was just arriving. Perfect!
