I’ve ordered from FordogtrainersUK a few times since I have been involved in IPO/IGP and have been very pleased with the quality of the products I have received. They were able to put a logo on my training jacket for no extra charge and which was completely made to measure. I wear the jacket for training daily and it still looks like new. It’s one of the best products I’ve purchased for dog sport. I’ve also ordered harnesses and blinds and all have arrived well packaged and within the specified delivery times. They often have great offers which I take advantage of when considering a purchase.

Excellent equipment and as a professional dog trainer I need equipment that I can trust 100% of the time.
We have their police bite suits which was specifically made to measure for me and it’s fantastic much better than my previous bite suit from another company I can move freely in it while being confident I am fully protected.
Then we have a range of their bite sleeves as we train IGP as well as security and again they are really well made for young to experienced dogs.
Most of our members use their leather leads and harness and muzzles and every member speaks really highly of their equipment and service.
One member needed to change a muscle and it was exchanged without any issues.
We ordered IGP blinds recently and the courier damaged one and ForDogTrainers exchanged it without hesitation so for me first class service.
I highly recommend them as do our members

Please AVOID.
I ordered a leather dog harness for which I payed £20 for postage and received it almost 4 weeks later. I contacted them to exchange it for a larger size and they sent a larger size a few weeks later, nowhere as near the quality of the smaller one. I informed them that I am not happy with the quality and that I will return both and expect a refund. They advised me to return it via economy shipping and send them a picture of the receipt, however this does not come with a tracking number. I contacted them 2 months later to ask about the refund and they are not replying to my e-mails. I called their number in Israel which cost me £9 pounds, and the Russian operator who could barely speak English promised he will get someone to contact me. All I got was an e-mail asking for proof of postage which I had already sent 2 months earlier, and a week after I still haven’t heard from them. I then e-mailed them to ask for the harness if they won’t refund which became quite obvious, and still nothing. I imagine I’m wasting my time so I will have to contact mybank and try to sort it that way.
