Really quick and easy to deal with. The Welsh lady on the phone was very professional, but also friendly, just about the perfect mix for great quality customer service.

I had a no fault claim where someone didnt put their handbreak on and their car smashed into my parked car. (A brand new car) it almost smashed into me and i was quite shaken and upset. Ford took an age on the phone and then insisted i speak to another company if i wanted help with the use of a hire car. (3 hours all in).

From here they left me to do all the chasing and only offered garages miles away from me and again left me to do all the liaising with garages and national / local hire car branches. I was in a state of shock and heightened stress and i simply was not looked after.

Following making me take my car to a city miles away they provided no updates at all on my car, its damage, intended repairs or estimated completion.

Ive been without my car for ages and i have no idea what is going on. I have been caused substantial distress by appalling customer service and poor cultures at ford insure.

If I could provide this company with zero stars then I would. I purchased a car on HP through Ford trust (which I also t issues with) and thought it would be best to get Ford insurance too to keep everything in house if in the unfortunate circumstance of an accident, I needed quick simple support. What I received was the opposite. They sold my insurance claim to admiral law (check their reviews - you’ll get the idea). Ford had completely wiped their hands of me. I was involved in a hit and run car accident in February 2023, the other driver was at fault and the case is still ongoing. I’ve been more than fair and patient but I have been left with no resort but to go to the financial ombudsman. Sincerely disappointed, I loved my eco boost fiesta but since it self destructed shortly after the plan was paid off I have vowed I will never use or recommend Ford again. Their employees lack empathy, compassion, accountability, integrity and 3 years later I am still experiencing aggro. Pagans.

Tge things they have ti read take way too long.

Took a lot of patience to hear him out, however he did a great job.

Absolutely no customer loyalty, the best offer they could give me was an extra £50 per month on my policy, their excuse was repair costs go up, despite me being the one who pays for the repairs, so it literally makes no sense.

Easy enough website to use. And I'm 82!! Occasional glitch when I had to retrace my steps but end result ok. Fair price (for this country!!) When I insure my second Ford in a few weeks time it should be better again.
There are cheaper companies but I'm a Ford man and some relatively unknown insurers left me a little bit suspicious of what I would be getting for the lower price if it came to a claim( which luckily I've never had to do!!)
