Ford Insure Anmeldelser 

I've been with Ford Insure for the past 5 years and never had any issues. They're customer service team were always really helpful. However, I recently got my renewal quotation for approx £2.3k. After shopping around on comparison websites, each quote from their competitors were coming in around £800/900. I called them to discuss the renewal and when they updated my details their quotation was amended to £2.4k (with the discounts included)!!! The girl I spoke with on the phone didn't seem interested that I was taking my business elsewhere, despite me being a loyal customer for the past 5 years. Beware of this when your insurance automatically renews.

I had a great experience with ford insurance the form was easy to complete and had my quote within minutes, I decided to use this company as the price was very reasonable and so quick to complete the whole process even down to have my paperwork sent via the post as well as an email to confirm all the details and internet copy of paperwork very happy with the service would highly recommend

Easy to get what I was looking for.

Having recedived the quote through Go-Compare and decided to go with it, the rest of it was quite simply painless. No hidden price increases, no pushy attempts to add extras and payment was perfecgtly straightforward of course. I have a second car ( a Frod!) to hopefully have a second policy with Ford Insure when its renewal time comes

Spoke to a lovely lady with a Welsh accent who patiently answered all my questions and handled my concerns with ease.

The driveaway cover was good, and then when that expired we were pleased with the annual quote from Ford Insure and accepted that and paid the annual premium. Then we received an email from Ford Insure apparently offering annual insurance for our new car for £0!? We have raised this with you but have had no feedback.

Clear customer service.

However some issues.

Price of my car was lower and I updated Ford altough premium increased.

I was interrupted on the call various times. No apologises.

First call was cancelled by the call handler, very unprofessional.

I had to repeat myself at times to make sure all my detials were correct and updated!

At the end the insurance price was expensive, but accurate enough in regards to other companies.

Not a good first impression!
