Good service, very helpful.

I've been with Forces Insurance for three years now and must say that there has never been any issues with renewals or claims. Excellent and I recommend them to everyone, all in all first class service.

I have used Forces Insurance three times now, and every single time the service is excellent, plus real value for money. I have no worries recommending them to anyone.

Helpful, understanding service, eager to meet my individual needs (which were complicated!).

Having been covered by the Forces Insurance since 2008 when working in Germany, I cannot fault any aspect of the service provided. Thankfully, I have not required to call out the breakdown service or involved in an accident, but feel secure in the knowledge that if their services were required it would be first class and professionally dealt with.

Forces Insurance respect and hence represent their clients; this outfit is service and care plus. I fully recommend them.

I have never has car insurance before. So when it came time to buy my first car in the UK, I wanted to ensure I was in good hands.

The customer service team were extremely helpful from the first contact with them. They helped to resolve my unusual set of circumstances, clearly explained the details of the policy, and responded swiftly to my request for further information. The fact that my NCD will be recognised on return to the UK is a further bonus.

Although I have not made a claim, I expect their service would be equally as good in this respect.

I highly recommend this customer-orientated insurance company. Their excellent service provided peace of mind during an otherwise stressful overseas move.

Right I'm not going to lie there is cheaper out there, BUT and this is a big but, none I have found that offer the full range of services (from breakdown cover, key cover, windscreen cover, etc) at such ease of a quick call that took 10 minutes from start to finish. I also liked that the call centre is uk based with easy to understand british accent, and they gave me good advice on what I needed not on what made them the most money! Perfect for European insurance for me and my family.

I have dealt with Forces Insurance a couple of times now. They are great to do business with as they understand the Armed Forces and the resulting complexities. They are a small team, so you get a personalised service and they actually consider your individual circumstances rather than adopt "a computer says no" attitude when you mention that you are in the forces.

Forces Insurance were very professional and informative throughout the car insurance quote and dealt with my query in a friendly manner. We would recommend Forces Insurance to other family members and friends.😄

Quick easy and very helpful

Quick, simple and extremely helpful. Not the cheapest but worth the extra money.

Excellent service. As well as docs being posted, all I needed was e-mailed to me as well. Even got a txt informing me of the Number I need to call if I make a claim

After encountering 3 or 4 companies who hesitated to help, Forces Insurance were a breath of fresh air. Cover was arranged over the telephone by an agent who was willing to explore my personal circumstances rather than just tick boxes yes/no.
So far a good result. 5th star pending accepting a fragmentary insurance history caused by numerous overseas postings including Israel, Norway and France.

Have used Forces Insurance for several years and am very happy with them. Price is competitive and customer service is good. Never had to notify of a claim (long may that continue!) so can't comment on how well these are handled.

Forces Insurance, is one of the only approved by BFG, but are probably the most expensive, but then getting comprehensive European driving insurance with fully business use, breakdown cover and legal cover is probably going to be expensive. Mine was double the cost of UK insurance for the car and three times the cost for my motorbike, and with limited bike mileage. But no other real choice. However, they really do know what BFG needs and provide a very friendly and quick service.

Be prepared to talk to them on the phone. My experience of comparable BFG insurance made Forces Insurance very competitive. I am unsure how competitive they are against standard UK Insurance, if they are I will stay with them.

Rarely do you received such good quality customer service.
