Delivery guy refuses to deliver food to my address and asks me to go meet him at the block. You can't compliant because there's no phone no to call.

I order food 1-2 times per week and have used FoodPanda quite some time now. Normally the delivery is quite good, but this time the delivery was late and the delivery guy rude .... cold food :(. I hope you improve your service

i have used food panda for a while now but the customer service is appalling. The app glitched and ordered 2 sets of fries worth $100 hk’s. this online chat did not work and I emailed food panda with no response. I even contacted the restaurant that said we needed to contact food panda with a phone number- that just told me to use the online chat. I am very disappointed and would not recommend using this again. try deliveroo maybe?

Foodpanda has the worst customer service ever. They don't even try to handle your complaint when food is missing from the order, they don't even contact the restaurant...
An agent actually close the chat on me when I was speaking with him.

FOODPANDA IS HORRIBLE AND PATRONISING. - GIVE ME MY REFUND

In the past, I have overlooked foodpanda’s lateness, inability to detect accurate location, or sometimes unable to let me key in my address. But in this order, they went too far....

The delivery address was wrong but there was no way to cancel it since THERE WAS NO ONE AT THE LIVE CHAT DESPITE PROMISING AND REASSURING CUSTOMERS ON THEIR FAQ THAT SOMEONE WILL BE THERE. I believe this is a blatant LIE to the customers.

What’s worse, they said that “the delivery was marked delivered”, heavily implying that they won’t do anything about it because the driver marked it as delivered. It was very obviously not delivered after I frantically TOLD THEM THAT IT WAS THE WRONG ADDRESS. What happens to the customer comes first?

As a side note, the driver said, “You contact foodpanda. Not my problem. Finish.” and cut my call....TWICE.

UPDATE: Foodpanda has apologized and refunded me.

I ordered food on 15th Dec, 2019 and i clearly mentioned the address
and the rider didn't delivered. They now charged me for the food which i even didn't taste. They are not refunding the money. I want my refund back.

foodpanda is basically thieves!
Refused to refund even if the restaurant has cancelled the order.
And service is among the poorest!
Pls never try foodpanda, or u will regret!

No food quality and delivery need very long time and the delivery staff service and attitude all is very bad!!

Never ever use foodpanda services, rubbish, my order is been cancelled twice and money was paid by card , and no refund even after 2 weeks , never ever gonna use foodpanda again.

I order food remotely from overseas for my mom in the North Point neighborhood 3 times a week, and am extremely happy with Food Panda delivery as well as customer support, Delivery has been timely, and when a rare problem happens, customer support responds very promptly. I would just like to share my very good experience with Food Panda.

My order is being cancelled after more than 15 minutes , it’s such a bad experience and wasting my time.

Since Foodpanda first came to HK, I have ordered numerous times since some preferred restaurants use them and not Deliveroo. Originally food was always very late or the order was wrong about 2/3 times. For most of 2018 I didn't order from Foodpanda due to their constant late orders without service improvement.

Forward to today...I order from a restaurant which is little more than a kilometer away. After ordering the time says 20-25 minutes. Within 15 minutes I get an alert that the rider is already near. 5 minutes later the time goes back up to 20 minutes and stays there for 10 more minutes. I contact "customer service", where someone informs me, "the driver has arrived and will contact you shortly". 10 minutes later..still showing 20 minutes, so I contact customer service again. Someone asks for 3-5 minutes to find out, and then gives me some excuse about the driver had a "wrong pin", so cancelled the delivery.

I'm then informed that another driver has been assigned, and delivery looks like it will be around 25 more minutes later. In stark contrast, Deliveroo has over a 95% rate of being on time and the order hot. Every time they have made a mistake, they promptly rectified it with either a refund or voucher for future use. Hopefully more restaurants that are exclusive to Foodpanda will switch to Deliveroo.

Very poor customer experience. Ordered pizza which was delivered very late and also was cold and hard. Pointed it out to rider who suggested to raise it with helpdesk. Helpdesk offered to give a voucher of 60hkd for more than 350hkd worth of inedible food. Will not use them again

Support is almost non existent, service is very poorly administrated, many times they screw up orders and lateness is a constant, ubereats and deliveroo are way better options

SUPER BAD SERVICE.Went to Hong Kong for vacation and ordered through food panda Mcdo. They sent me crumbs for the criss cut fries like 3 pcs. When I complained - I asked for re-delivery of the fries or if they can give my money back. They said they cant. They will give me a voucher which will expire in 30 days. Even if I already told them I didnt want the voucher and I was leaving the next day. After the 2nd customer service rep, he said he will just deposit back our money to our account as they couldnt bring it to the hotel. to which we agreed. After a few days, we received an email saying they will just give us a voucher good for 30 days and they cannot deposit the payment. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Disaster, always late or screwed up the order. They even cancelled my order as the driver was lost and then restaurant closed! Ordered at 8.30 but no delivery even after 10. Use Deliveroo or ubereats, much much better. The German ceo of this company should be fired! Yes, we know who you are!!

We ordere food 1 hour and 30’ ago. I started the chat with them and they didn’t even reply my questions and when they got angry because I questioned to much they cancelled my order even though the restaurant had already prepared it. Luckily, I had called the restaurant before and I knew that the food was sitting there for 20’ already but no driver showed up. Foodpanda was lying at the restaurant manager and told him that I cancelled the order! Thanks to the restaurant because they in the end sent some of their staff to deliver!

A very poor food delivery service, Food Panda will cancel your order last minute. I placed my order at 2pm, requesting food to be delivered at 7:15pm. However, at 7:20pm, the order was cancelled. This is the time I am expecting my food! I contact the live agent and she explains that one of the items was unavailable and because one item is unavailable, they will cancel the whole order without prior notification.

You can try if you are prepared to go without food that night.

First time using Foodpanda to ordered food today, waited for a long time and then I got an email stating the food had been delivered. I then clicked on their live chat customer support and asked for a refund, she said the driver had delivered to the address already and as a result, they would not refund the money back to me. I requested to talk to her senior but she said she’s here to help me... I could not feel she was helping at all and she said she did as she contacted the driver for me.. gosh! Anyways, she gave me a refund after I told her I will complain to the support team and their CEO. I WILL NOT order from Foodpanda again!
