This is my son's starter camera. Your product was packaged safely and arrived on time. He was looking for something that could take quality photos and more importantly videos for his postings. He selected the Panasonic Lumix G95 for its affordability as he was paying for this on his own. Thank you for the student program that you have as it helped him tremendously in obtaining the best product that he could afford. I ordered an Epson printer from Focus Camera through their eBay ad. When I received it the shipping box was pretty beat up and the printer had some damage on the case. I worked with Ashlie to get the machine returned to them and get a replacement one sent out. This particular printer is in short supply and when I looked at the website the following day I saw that they showed that it was out of stock. I was concerned that I would not be able to get the printer I wanted as it seemed to be out of stock everywhere. As it turned out, Ashlie had the last one they had held for me until we got the return straightened out. It was shipped out the next day and I now have a great printer that is exactly what I wanted. Every step of the way dealing with Focus Camera has been professional, timely and accurate. I would highly recommend them for your next purchase of office or photo equipment.
