I contacted Focuscamera thru Ebay to confirm the item described was indeed the one I am ready to purchase from them and Raul in TWO times approved the item description and price. I paid for the Fiio M17 and I was charged immediately to my credit card. The product was shipped within three days and after waiting about a week, just one day prior for FedEx to delivery it THEY canceled the delivery. I contacted them again to figure out the reason and Raul started blaming me saying I CANCELED IT. FedEx said the SELLER requested the product back NOT ME . the next day they were saying there was a mistake on the product sent out to me and they will refund the money back paid by me. beware when dealing with this company. They will not honor their product nor descriptions errors on their end. Customer service has been generally useless to deal with. Customers considering products from Focus Camera can easily find a better customer experience from another seller/vendor. Buyers beware. Do NOT believe these reps Joyce P, Raul, Saiyad, Joe they are misleading customer service representative people. Horrific experience. Not saying I missed the Friday Thanksgiving specials waiting this company to stand behind their mistakes. A customer satisfaction must be first. Also Focuscamera claim to be FIIO USA retailer and is NOT TRUE check Fiio official website. Scams. They hire FedEx with a low shipping rates that they will not ask for signature when a cost of thousand or more dollars items are delivered left at your door.

I was missing 2 key components to make this receiver work. The description said it came with speaker wire and plugs but it did not. I tried to get resolution with Amazon and they said contact the seller. So I contact the seller Focus Camera LLC. They said to contact Amazon. So beware when dealing with this company. They will not honor their product.

**** update Focus reply is a bunch of crap. they never try to work with me or send any other brands or replace ment. All they told me was they wouldn't send me what I was promised.
*** new update. When I excanged emails with Focus Camera the lady said she couldn't help and I told her I would have to leave a bad review and she thanked me for being honest. Which my reply was " One of us have to be" so there were communication between me and Focus.
All I wanted was the speaker wire and plugs that was part of the order which was left out of the package not the stereo, but NO they wouldn't send me what I paid for.

Ypou can keep changing your reply I did have contact with you guy. I had to find you online because Amazon Wouldn't do anything and you wouldn't make it right either

A clear email announcing delivery would be really helpful

I feel like I got a great deal. I would expect to pay more for what I ordered and, it got to me a lot faster than expected. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet so, this is just a review on the service I received.

Product arrived. My only observation is that I wish Focus used a faster shipping method like some other retailers. Other than that no problems and the price was very reasonable.

I still find the Westcott FJ80 Flash one of the easiest flashes on the market to use. The touchscreen is a game chabger. This is the second one I have. It has the ability to update, so is things change in cameras and new models come out, Westcott updates the flash for a compatibility. That's pretty cool. The other big draw to this camera is it's a multi camera flash. It can be used on every camera. So if I'm shooting with a friend that has a Nikon and I have a Canon, My friend can use my flash if he doesn't have one already.

I hope to get a FJ400 full location kit from Focus when I can afford it!!!
