Alphatech is renowned for quality training and I can further testify to that fact. I was fortunate to have Paul deliver my course and he was exceptional at it - a natural instructor as we say. He gets you up to speed very quickly on the A320 covering Takeoff, Approach, ILS, EFATO and GA SE and various manoeuvres with lots of guidance in between and covers a lot in the time period so you really are getting good value for money from the simulator and his wealth of experience that he has to pass on. I would have no difficulty in recommending Paul as an individual and Alphatech for preparatory simulator assesments.

In addition from the moment you reach out to Alphatech they are excellent communicators with timely replies and ensuring everything is boxed off to the clients satisfaction where feasible.

Once booked in, you are sent materials immediately via email. My recommendation is to engage with the documentation early on to get the most from the session in order to deliver maximum value to both you and Alphatech instructors.

Being an experienced airline pilot, I recently undertook an A320 simulator session guided by Instructor Paul. The simulator itself was meticulously designed, offering an incredibly realistic cockpit environment.

Paul showcased an impressive depth of knowledge concerning the A320 and effectively conveyed intricate information. His patience and willingness to address inquiries fostered a highly productive learning environment.

Paul skillfully tailored the session to meet my specific requirements. The flight experience faithfully recreated the real thing, allowing for hands-on control adjustments that put my skills to the test. Paul's insights into the aviation world added significant value to the session and added to the experience.

Overall, the A320 simulator session proved to be a highly worthwhile experience and one I can highly recommend.

This was a Christmas present, being in my late sixties I was more than a tad aprehensive!
No need- no pressure & non judgemental. The hour quire literallly flew in!

Very informative, helped with my Aer Lingus Cadets application and I was able to answer technical questions in my interview after the experience.

This was a present for my son who wants to be an airline pilot. From the outset Paul was extremely interested and encouraging towards him which really made for a fantastic experience and opportunity for him to get to know what needs he has to develop. I couldn’t believe the standard of the simulator it was fantastic and made his dreams come true! Thank you. We will be back!!

Loved my "flight" on the Airbus. This was bought for my birthday by my wife and son. Apologies for forgetting my pilot's name, but he was experienced and knowledgeable, and made the experience very enjoyable. Much more complicated than I had anticipated. "Seeing* outside the plane, at where we were "flying" over was great. Highly recommend.(posting on my wife's account).

Everything about the AlphaTech experience is fantastic. Once seated you feel like you’re flying the real aircraft - it is run as if you fly for a real airline. This is definitely as real as it gets before you fly a real Airbus.

We booked this experience as a surprise for our son’s 17th birthday. Paul was so friendly and helpful, he didn’t rush us through, and really took time to explain everything to Harry. He has a wealth of knowledge and was genuinely interested in Harry’s career plans (hopefully with the RAF). The simulator was absolutely amazing, we had never seen anything like it! My husband and I were able to sit back and enjoy the flight as Paul and Harry took control! We loved it as much as Harry!, (many, many photographs and videos were taken!). We left with a new found respect for the job that pilots do. We honestly could not recommend the experience highly enough for anyone with an interest in aviation, we will definitely be back (Dublin airport next time!). We had a fabulous afternoon and Harry said it was his best birthday gift ever! High praise indeed!

Reasonable costs

I got given this as Christmas present, which was a bit left field but had an absolute blast. The setup is unreal, you really feel immersed and it genuinely got my heart rate up as a result. Ryan was my instructor and guided me through the whole process, we had a good laugh through out too. I don't think I've concentrated so much in years, so great for the gray matter as well as great fun. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone, and as a present to those lads out there who are hard to buy for.
