It’s not often I write reviews but this company have been so supportive. I contacted them on behalf of a family & a little girl 3 yrs old with Dipg. For those of you who don’t know this is a terminal brain tumour. The staff, sorry I can only remember Taylor & Charlotte, listened with empathy. They didn’t fob me off quickly & I felt valued. Needless to say they got back to me with a great quote & also followed up with phone calls & emails.
