Ruined my wedding flowers
I arranged for my wedding flowers to be framed and was gutted with the end result. Everything started well, and I got my flowers booked in. I was told it would be 3-5 months production time which was fine. I emailed after 5 months to ask for an update but received no response until I emailed another twice and a month later I got a reply. I was told she had to take some unexpected time off but would get my order ready as soon as possible. I asked for a rough timescale of when it would be ready and then radio silence again. I waited a month and emailed again for an update. 2 days later they replied to say they were just adding the finishing touches and would email photos by the end of the week. After 2 weeks I chased them again and was emailed photos the next day. It took me nearly 2 weeks to reply as I was so upset with the photos and gutted how horrible they looked. I knew I couldn't display my wedding flowers on the wall like I wanted. I understood the flowers wouldn't look super fresh and I wasn't expecting them too but going by the photos on the website they still looked amazing. Mine were very brown. I had a trailing bouquet and I told them I wanted it trailing in the frame and a top view but I got a side view and a bouquet that didn't look like mine. I queried whether it was the right bouquet as the one I sent had a green ribbon on it and this one had a pink one (I sent a bridesmaid bouquet incase they needed extra flowers and that had the pink ribbon). I did send the photo to multiple family members and friends to make sure I wasn't overreacting and they all said the same thing. FF responded and explained their side of things and said they would like a chance to rectify it. I didn't respond but I expected them to be back in touch when they had. They haven't and it was 8 months ago now. Waiting 10 months for this was heartbreaking and I have wasted £180. It was a very stressful and upsetting process having to constantly chase, and wonder if I picked the wrong people, turns out I did. I wasn't going to leave a review but I have been talked into it. Please go elsewhere.
