Purchased a 200ml perfume only to receive a 75ml bottle. Customer service keeps dragging the process by replying that they are waiting for operating team to answer!! what kind of sorry excuse is this to drag the subject for no valid reasons. Never purchasing from this site or app again.

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and reliability shown by Floward Amman. Living in a different country with a significant time difference, I relied on Floward to be my bridge to home for my mother’s birthday. Instead, they failed me completely.
I placed an order for flowers and a personalized gift card two full days in advance. They took my payment, confirmed the order, and even messaged me saying they had successfully contacted my mother for her address. Everything seemed set.
However, because of the time difference, I woke up to a message sent on the day of her birthday claiming the item was "not available" and telling me to cancel and reorder. By the time I saw this message, it was already midday in Amman. They waited until the very last minute to notify me, leaving me with zero time to find an alternative florist before the day was over.
When I contacted customer service, they were incredibly cold. Despite explaining that I am abroad and this was a time-sensitive milestone, they offered no solutions or substitutions—just a robotic instruction to "cancel and buy something else."
Floward took my money and left my mother without a gift from her child on her birthday. They are a logistics company with no heart and zero accountability. If you are an expat relying on them for a special occasion, do not trust them.

Considering nowadays prices for the flowers, there are some good deals over there.

I used their services 3 times. Buying flowers and paying for express delivery. Yet never arrived on time. I have lost the joy of the occasions. For the third time they schedule same day delivery with a specific time, but then they deliver the next day. This is for the Floward.com flowers and gift shop in the UAE. Customer service is below 1 star. They never answers you. Sometimes they answer after hours with again false promises

Worst experience ever, ruined the day I have requested for a pre-order 5 days ago to be delivered on the day of delivery they haven’t get back to me and got back to recipient for address which was given before days and ruined the surprise waited all day with no delivery and when I got back to them for 7 times during 12 hours they kept saying technical issue and haven’t solved it or got back to me! Order was not delivered! I will never order from this app again. If you have spent time and effort on your service than just advertising for it you would have done a better work! Very disappointed

Such a bad service my bf sent me flowers and I didn’t get them on time I can’t call them they aren’t answering to messages nobody called me from delivery and their site is not working they ruined my valentine day

I was asking from 8 am to deliver at 12:15 or 13:15 , as it’s my friend birthday and I wrote a note with my special request. They are late for two hours already 14:10 and nothing been delivered yet.
Spoiled my day and birthday of my friend, as I’m late for two hours. I try to reach them they don’t give the number

They delivered to wrong address and wouldn’t refund me.

I ordered flowers for my friend and gave them her mobile number to contact her and get her address. They didn’t, and looked up an old address in their system and just delivered the flowers to the wrong address. When I complained that the flowers were not delivered, they said “she should have updated her address”!! How is she supposed to know they have an old address for her on file?? They wouldn’t redeliver nor refund me. I will never use them again. Those flowers were not cheap!!

After initially strugling with one item on the website, was was ordered turned up dead on time and in perfect condition. They were informative and the app is handy to track the products ordered.

the worst service ever !!! they destroy my surprise, due to unprofessional follow up!! and keeping promising to return my money, but its almost 2 months passed and my money are not returned !! absolutely disappointed!!

Flowers arrived were not fresh, some were beginning to die.
Flowers were delivered late although we paid for express delivery.
Also bouquet was extremely small, not worth the money, could buy the same quality from tesco for cheaper.

I called in right before the cut off for the same day delivery... on a Sunday... and they were so helpful! Thank you Floward

Beautiful arrangement just like online image. Fresh flowers delivered in promised time frame. My daughter loves the arrangement.
I look forward to using Floward again in the future.
