THE WORST Treadmill and service experienced
Updating my early review regarding the breakdown of my treadmill which tools emails phone calls to even get repaired more than 6 weeks, eventually after many arguments the machine got replaced because the original required a new monitor and motor in fact the entire bloody machine. Got the new machine and a not so long ago the moto has now gone … again the third party repair group that you are forced to deal with are useless O and i mean zero customer service. I contacted flex to say machine had broken down again we were offered a replacement machine with an upgraded model which we accepted however afterwards the catch is once THEY FLEX FITNESS get THEIR money back. Under consumer law this treadmill is not fit for purpose and we bought the machine from them not the third party repaier. We have asked repeatedly for our money back WITH NO reply. We are now putting in a Consumer complaint. We have tried and tried to resolve this issue, our last resort is to write this review as everyone in this company gives ZERO shits about customer service. This is totally unacceptable behaviour having paid $3000 for a machine this is how we are treated. This have been going on for weeks the original complaint was last year.
