Wouldn’t even given them 0 there customer service is appalling I booked a holiday 3rd January 2020 to Vilnius it was clear in May that the holiday wouldn’t be going Fleetway Travel insisted that they would do nothing till beginning of June holiday was for 15th June we wanted the money back bearing in mind they had my deposit for 6 months already they wanted to give me a credit if I wanted my money back I had to wait 12 weeks Legal requirement I understand is 14 days to issue refunds 3 weeks later after waiting 30 mins to speak to someone we got to speak to Colton he basically agreed with everything I said but couldn't help and was quoting another 12 weeks . II asked to speak with his manager Lynne Kelly she was refusing to take calls not surprised when you read other reviews on here I’ve now put this in the hands of my MasterCard provider to recover the money DO not use this travel agent unless you want to lose your deposit

Appalling - if I could have given zero stars I would have!!! 114 days after we requested refund due to cancelled holiday we still haven’t received. Hotel in Portugal had confirmed they’ve refunded money (bulk of amount) but still nothing from this shambolic company. You have to chase & push for any information- nothing forthcoming. So much for ABTA and the legal 14 day refund window. Do not ever use Fleetway!!!

Money Saving Expert league tables show just how awful Fleetway are. Fleetway are ranked 61 out of 70 in travel firms ranked from best to worst (net score -87) and ranked 64 out of 66 in worst firms for refunds (Only 1% have received a refund). MSE files are being sent to CMA, CAA and Dept of Transport. You would expect them to take action against Fleetway & it’s Directors.

We were due to travel.to Portugal at the beginning of May, which was cancelled. We have requested a refund several times, but are still waiting.
Communication from them is very poor. Would not have confidence to book with them again.

We too have yet to receive a refund and are now going down the credit card chargeback route. It would appear the only positive reviews are from those re booking holidays. Have reported to CMA. How can their rating still be 4 !!!

Fleetway are despicable they keep telling me they are waiting to get my money back from there supplies but I keep telling them my contract is with them and they should refund my money. This has been going on from April when they cancelled our holiday.

I can only echo what everyone else on here has said about fleetway. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE DISHONEST AND CORRUPT. Withholding customer money is fraud - if you havent provided the service we have paid for you are required BY LAW to provide a refund. I have challenged them on many occasions and taken this to Martin Lewis and also Watchdog.

Appalling company, I will never use them again and will ensure as many people as possible are aware of their underhand tactics.

Fleetway Travel have completely ignored our attempts to get the refund we are entitled to. Very thankful therefore to have paid on our credit card. We have now received a full refund via S75 chargeback. Will never book with Fleetway again as there customers service is appalling.

Unfortunately we are NOT in the small band of people who recently have been leaving glowing feed back for fleetway and appear to have started a fan club for the allegedly helpful Isabella. Like the vast majority of customers, we have been lied to, ignored and generally treated with contempt. We are still waiting for a refund which was due to be paid 10 weeks ago. Would never book with them again and would advise anybody else to do the same

Fleetway are a diegrace to the travel industry. My April holiday, for three adults, was cancelled, by Fleetway, in March. I repeatedly declined the RCN and they agreed to process a full refund as they received the funds back from the hotel / airline.In mid may, the Ops Manager confirmed that they had received the hotel element ie. £2k + and the refund would be processed, as a priority, at the beginning of June. I phoned them on 12th June, ad I had not received the funds. I was advised that the Accounts Dept could not locate my refund, but it was 'probably in a pile somewhere. They finally located the paperwork and said I would receive the refund in 2-3 weeks. I called again on 27th June and was advised that there had been a further delay, that I would get a refund, but could not give me a timeframe.I asked to speak to Accounts and was told they could not transfer me. I asked to speak to the Ops Manager, who had not replied to my chasing emails and was told he was at lunch. I was promised an email or phone call. No surprise, I am still waiting. Everyone at Fleetway, from Stuart Jackson (CEO) down, should hang there heads in shame at the way the Company has done everything possible to avoid their legal obligation to refund their customers. My experience with Fleetway has been very positive. From late April when we knew that our holiday was due to be cancelled. We were informed of our options and although a voucher didn’t seem desirable, we decided to rearrange for 2021, Isabella has been very helpful and has now rearranged our holiday for next year without any additional costs whatsoever ! I would definitely use Fleetway again.

Disgraceful Company who try every trick in the book to avoid their legal Obligation to refund money for cancelled holidays. The trip was for 4 persons including 3 over 70’s, 2 of whom are shielding from Covid-19. Several attempts to get us to accept credit notes have all been refused. We definitely do not want to rebook any trip with them. Told to claim on our insurance but they are not liable. Tried to get us to pass the debt on to the credit card company but why should they accept liability? Fleetway have had our pension money for 6 months now, our trip was due 3 months ago and they were legally liable to repay our cash 10 weeks ago. The Assistant Operations eventually agreed to arrange a refund 12 weeks after our scheduled date. That date was 20 June and still no refund (no surprise there then). Like many other reviewers we will absolutely refuse to give up and will pursue these Charlatans through every avenue open to us including our MP, the Ombudsman and the County Court.

Fleetway cancelled our holiday for the end of April. From mid March onwards we have requested a cash refund despite pressure over several emails and incorrect information, to take a voucher. We even looked into transferring the holiday, and although the hotel said they would not be charging Fleetway any more, Fleetway wanted to charge me more . On 2nd June I received an automated reply that someone would return my email regarding the delay in refunding my money within 10 working days. Its now July. Fleetway, I am not your interest free loan. You are obliged by law to refund my money within 14 days. its now more than 14 weeks and I'm still waiting. I do hope you monitor Trustpilot because nothing else seems to elicit a reply

Fleetway have been very helpful in transferring our holiday from September 2020 to May 2021. Isabella is a star and did everything expected of her and more. We have booked with Fleetway many times and will do so again in the future.

Do not trust this company, they are fine if things go well, but will lie and cheat and not make legally required refunds.

Fleetway travel were brilliant, everything we requested was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Amelia handled the transfer of our holiday to next year and she was amazing. We have no complaints at all and will definetly book with them again. Thank you Amelia.

Like everyone else I would give them 0 if that was possible. They ignore emails, and any request for a refund is meet by offering RCN which is not acceptable. I know legally they should refund the money within 14 days of cancellation but how does one enforce this. I would never book with this company again.

I have given a 1 star because it is the least I can give fleetway customer services has been non existent throughout the pandemic I have sent numerous emails requesting a full refund with little to no responce. I was due to travel in April, fleetway cancelled my booking 17th March because of pandemic. I am still awaiting a refund 15 weeks later does anyone know the legal time limit this company has got before they have to pay back monies owed. I have heard 90 days and 120 days as a legal time limit can anyone which.
