I cannot put into words how incredible the ‘escapism in the Philippines’ trip I’ve just got back from (with Rupert as our tour guide). I have only done Bali with Flashpack before and it was a tough one to beat but wow…. The variety of islands / hotels / excursions / sea life / food and experiences on each part of the trip will stay with me forever. Rupert is one incredible tour guide and if you get him, you’re in very safe hands. The care, dedication, support, helpfulness and stories are outstanding and he literally works around the clock to ensure everyone is ok. Too many special memories to mention but my top moments were seeing dolphins in the wild, swimming with turtles and camping under the stars on Ginto Island over NYE. The group were all amazing and vibed well with each other and it helped that Rupert was so fun and laid back.

I had an amazing time on the Flashpack Philippines tour - it completely exceeded my expectations! I’ve travelled with Flashpack before and the bar was high, this trip blew it out of the water! The itinerary was really well put together and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. And, I’ve made memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.

Rupert is an exceptional pack leader. He was organised, calm, great fun and went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt included and looked after. There’s plenty of activity and downtime in the trip, and an amazing array of flexible options too so everyone can do what they love and make it their own - we kayaked in a lagoon and took a boat to see dolphins and swim with turtles.

Every local guide we met was welcoming and passionate, and that energy really added to the experience. The team are next level, and a joy to explore these beautiful islands with. The food was epic too, our chefs were extraordinary! I made some brilliant memories and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this trip or Flashpack to anyone.

I absolutely loved the Philippines tour! Our guide Rupert was exceptional and went above and beyond to make the trip a memorable and fun experience for everyone involved. The trip was very well organised, included many incredible experiences and ran smoothly thanks to our guide Rupert and his team. We were looked after incredibly well at each location, I particularly appreciate the attention to care with my food allergies, it was by far the best support I have experienced in any tour. On top of this, Rupert and his team also arranged some amazing additonal optional activities some of which were my highlights of the trip such as the small lagoon. Each member of the team that we meet along the way reflected Rupert's enthusiasm and love for his country and consistently provided a high quality travel experience. I would definitely recommend this trip!

My trip to the Philippines with Flashpack was a 10/10! Our pack leader was incredible - he made everything effortless and you could tell he truly cares about the people he works with and the people that he works with and the travelers who join the tour. Shout out to Rupert, you made the trip so special! All the accommodations were amazing, the food was incredible (shout out to the chefs on Ginto island), and the group was so lovely. So glad I chose Flashpack and can’t wait to do it again!

I just returned from the Bali & Gili Islands adventure with Flash Pack, and it was hands-down one of the best travel experiences of my life. The trip was phenomenal, perfectly balanced between adventure, culture, and relaxation… but what truly elevated the experience was our Pack Leader, Yogi. He was warm, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable, and his passion for being a pack leader showed in everything he did.

From the moment we touched down in Denpasar, everything was seamlessly organized: transfers, boutique accommodations, local experiences, food, and activities were all thoughtfully planned so we could just relax and enjoy the moment without any stress. From temples and local experiences to beach time and island adventures, every detail ran smoothly. Yogi created an amazing group dynamic and made everyone feel welcome and very taken care of.

This was my third FP trip and the trip exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another Flash Pack adventure (especially if Yogi is leading it again!). 10/10! Highly recommend! 🌊🌴✨

My Flashpack trip to the Philippines was absolutely incredible. Pack leader Rupert exceeded all expectations in his ability to flawlessly coordinate and keep our group organized, handle unforeseen challenges (weather, illness), and lead our group with kindness, patience, and humor.
Every included and optional activity made this a truly once in a lifetime trip (not to mention the incredible food!). Every local person we met was welcoming, helpful, and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone I know and I would go back in heartbeat.

Mexico in Color with Patricia was amazing! Her love and knowledge for her country was beautiful! Everyone in our group got along well and we had a great time spending New Year’s together!

FlashPack is the ideal way to travel. Every possible activity I could have hoped to experience in Bali and the Gili islands was included and it exceeded expectations. Most incredible is the experience is complimented by the local pack leader and guide, Yogi. So not only do you get endless opportunities to explore and experience Bali, but Yogi’s personal touch adds something you wouldn’t get traveling on your own. Our group did yoga, white water rafting, a cooking class, surfing, snorkeling, a sunrise volcano hike, time at the beach, spa, pool, dancing, karaoke and more - all effortlessly executed and organized by Yogi. Beyond the stated itinerary, I especially appreciated Yogi’s intention and sincerity in teaching our group about the culture and religion of Bali as well as the practice of meditation and mindfulness. This trip, and Mr. Yogi, are fantastic; highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the adventure, beauty and spiritual sides of Bali.

This is my first flash pack experience in comparison to a different company. Flash pack really arrange a nice value accommodation and packed itinerary for the overall location experience. Most importantly, Vu was one of the most friendliest, supportive, and knowledgeable guide! It truly makes a difference when your guide is attentive to the needs of the entire group and not one detail was neglected, especially for us ladies and our constant toilet breaks! Thanks for the constant history and landmark review, it really does provide a nice touch of experience!

This was my first trip with flashback and I truly enjoyed my experience. From customer service to the actual experience was run smoothly. We visited many places and it was all great. My favorite activities were the hot air balloon and the dolphins/whale watching. Our pack leader Patricia was the absolute best. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about Mexico and couldn’t have asked for a better pack leader. She was patient and understanding when I had to go to the doctor due to a small procedure not related to the trip and she was by my side the entire time. I am very grateful for Patricia and flashback also reached out to me as well. I will definitely do another trip and my fellow travelers had great stories with their other trips through flashback. If this is your first time and you plan to go on your own, I highly recommend you do it. It’ll be a wonderful experience for you.

Let me be clear: Flashpack Peru with Joe was spectacular. The itinerary was chef’s kiss - Amazon eco lodge, Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley biking, all the safaris. But what made it legendary was the group. These were MY kind of weirdos - people who want to hear howler monkeys at dawn AND have deep conversations over dinner AND throw impromptu vistadome fashion shows (had to be there). Joe somehow curated the perfect vibe and kept us laughing through altitude sickness and early morning starts. I came for the bucket list moments, stayed for the laugh until you cry moments and the group text that’s still going strong. If you’re on the fence about solo travel, just do it. Flashpack makes it not feel solo at all.“​​

This trip to Peru was my second Flashpack trip which including Machu Picchu, Cusco, Lima, and the Amazon jungle, was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. From start to finish, everything felt planned, seamless, and genuinely special. The landscapes were breathtaking, the history was awe-inspiring, and every single day felt like a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

A huge reason this trip was such a success was our tour guide, Joseph (Joe), who was an absolute 10/10 in every sense of the word. He was personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and completely trustworthy. You could tell that he not only knew Peru inside and out, but that he genuinely loved what he does. Joe had an amazing way of explaining the history and cultural significance of each place in a way that was engaging, easy to understand, and never boring.

What really set Joe apart was his genuine patience with our group. This was definitely required and very much appreciated because we all had our own individual needs and requirements, in the most positive way. He handled every situation with calmness, kindness, and understanding, making sure everyone felt supported and cared for without ever making it feel like an inconvenience.

On top of all that, Joe was incredibly quick-witted, which created such a positive and fun group dynamic. I can honestly say I have never laughed so hard or so often on one trip, there were multiple moments where I laughed so much I actually cried. The energy he brought to the group turned a collection of travelers into something that felt more like friends sharing an amazing experience together.

Standing at Machu Picchu was surreal, but having someone like Joe guide us through it, sharing insights, stories, and little details that brought the ruins to life, made it even more meaningful. From exploring the historic streets of Cusco to experiencing the vibrancy of Lima and the unforgettable beauty of the Amazon jungle, every part of the trip felt expertly guided.

Overall, this trip exceeded every expectation I had. Between the incredible destinations, the smooth organization, and especially the outstanding guidance from Joe, this experience will stay with me forever. I cannot recommend this tour, or Joe as a guide, highly enough. If you’re considering a trip to Peru, this is absolutely the way to do it.

I truly enjoyed the Colombia Caribbean Coast tour. Yohan was a joy to have as our pack leader, providing us with information about Colombia’s history and making sure we were all having a great time. One of my favorite days was a jungle hike in Tayrona ending with a beach swim in paradise and one of my favorite moments was the Kogi tribe spiritual cleansing. This was my first experience with the company and I felt I had access to meaningful opportunities I wouldn’t otherwise have sought out on my own. I was very happy with the clear communication and look forward to more trips with Flash Pack.

The spectacular Perù trip with Joseph was the perfect mix of adventure, culture and fan! I absolutely adored the jungle experience, Machu Picchu and learning about Incas!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my Spectacular Peru! I would definitely recommend this trip because there is so much to do and see. What made this trip particularly special was the group of stranger I now call friends and our guid Joe. Joe took care of everything, always with a positive attitude and so knowledgeable about everything. The hotels were great. Getting to know the culture, first hand and experiencing all the things was exactly what I needed to recharge. I only wish we were able to get tickets to actually go inside the city of Machu Picchu.

Spectacular Peru - this trip was life changing, incredible and joy filled. The curation of activities, experiences and meals was epic. The hotels were great. But the absolute best part of the trip was our pack leader Joe. Joe made the trip amazing! He worked schedule miracles, had little surprises for us, was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE about Peru and its history and culture and answered all of our questions. I would travel back to Peru just to ask Joe questions.

Where to start? 200% more expensive than other companies, seem to prey on vulnerable solo travellers and the trips are mediocre rip offs of other tours.

Please take my advice which is to book direct and use the money saved to book really great tours. You will definitely meet people too and it won’t feel so forced

This is my third Flashpack tour and it was great. I didn't think I would actually go to Cuba but Flashpack made it easy for US citizens. Shout out to Pack Leader, Rey, in Cuba, for doing a great job with our group. While I cannot speak on behalf of others, my experiences with Rey was great and he was very honest and transparent. He would always answer my question honestly and address any concerns I may have had. There were little downtimes so make sure your aware that when doing a FlashPack with low chill time, you will be seeing and doing a lot which I personally enjoyed!

An incredible experience in the Philippines with Nikki as our leader. She couldn’t have done more for us and made the whole experience seamless. Great knowledge, a great laugh and now a great friend.

Pack Leader Oat made all the difference! Anyone can travel to Thailand, but navigating issues that naturally arise can be a challenge when you have limited experience in a country. We didn’t have to worry about that because we had Oat, and I will never travel without an “Oat” again.

The trip itinerary was perfectly balanced to provide for downtime and adventure. I love that we didn’t really have to do anything but follow instructions — made it super easy to be in the moment and have a great time.

Had such an amazing experience that I began researching my next Flash Pack adventure during transports. Looking forward to Egypt next!
