Brilliant Service
The service I received was great. I wasn't sure exactly which product I wanted - but Theo gave me options to fit my budget, prepared a mock up of how my brand would look and gave me multiple options to choose from. Always polite, professional and prompt to respond to questions. The merchandise arrived quickly and they are brilliant. I'll definitely be back next time I need branded items.

Mekavi was prompt with responses and getting samples out in a quick time frame. My only issue was that my quote kept varying in price and I had to keep going back to my original quote to get the price I had agreed on. I would work with Flashbay again though and am happy with my finished product.

Bella was extremely helpful with our order, from the start she was responsive and knowledgeable. Design was completed and approved within days and shipment was out the door a couple of days after PO receipt. Order was received without any issues, quality was great. Ruari took care of my order from start to finish, he was pleasant, professional and easy to work with-despite my numerous design changes!
The USB cards i ordered are fantastic, really good quality and robust enough for our clients. They came before the predicted delivery date and were so well packaged that when left out in the rain, not a single one was damaged or wet etc.
