Flashaholics Anmeldelser

Received promptly, well packaged and the item works. Very good reviews about their responsiveness to customers, as well as good products and service, gave me genuine confidence to buy from them. Normally I'm quite apprehensive and mistrusting even of positive reviews.

I have been purchasing illumination tools from Flashaholics since many years.
I never received a defective device, and the item delivered always matched precisely what I had ordered.
The selection of portable lighting devices on Flashaholic website only include top quality devices, avoiding pieces of equipment of dubious functionality.
In addition to their flawless business service, when the postal system didn't operate as expected, Flashaholic intervened and made sure I received what I needed.
I recommend Flashaholic to anyone who need a reliable illumination tool.

Very fast shipping and delivery, great price.

I made a mistake ordering and it was sorted really quickly. The item I bought is excellent and the customer service was great to deal with.

i ordered a torch from flashaholics, which arrived the following day, unfortunately, although it was an amazing torch, it was far too bright for my specific needs, i sent it back to exchange it for another less bright model which also arrived in quick time, and they refunded the price difference the same day too. overall an excellent service from flashaholics and really pleased with my purchase.

Great customer service and good delivery times. Thanks!

I found the Acebeam L35 2.0 here for the lowest price, and after doing some Internet scanning, reviews for here were excellent.

After placing my order, I wanted to amend it after about 1 hour - so I phoned Flashaholics customer service, they amended it without question, and my order was here next day (within about 18 hours ❤️).

I've also sent eMails here and always had a very quick response, so no complaints in this aspect, either.

In summary; order received VERY quickly, customer service is exceptional, packing was very good, item ordered was as described, and the website is nice & clean.

I highly recommend this company, and will be checking it out regularly for any deals as I've recently become an avid flashlight collector & hobbyist.

Well done, guys, and thank you.

Excellent experience. Ordered an Acebeam W35 on their website, and the flashlight was delivered within a day of placing the order. Cannot recommend Flashaholics enough.

Great communication, fast shipping

Been looking for this one for a while, but have only had the option of importing it from the US until now. Arrived next day, flashlight is absolutely fantastic! Lowest setting is good for day to day use, I can understand why Turbo mode would be used for search and rescue (good mix of flood and throw).

Competitive prices on a good range of products.
Easy website to use. Quick, tracked delivery.

Great price (way cheaper than on Amazon) and fast delivery.

I go to this company for good quality, well-made and reliable flashlights.
Good prices, pleasant to deal with and next day delivery,,
Happy customer will be back for more cheers 👍
