Charlie did an amazing job with the bathroom. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and has a real passion for what he does it’s much more than just a job to him. He is by far the best person I’ve met from Flagship, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided.

Excellent kitchen refit
Louis was an excellent worker, punctual, conscientious, with an eye for detail.
He was always polite and courteous as were the others who came in from time to time.
The work was done within the timescale as promised and my home was left very clean. I was grateful that they moved the white goods for me too.
Excellent service!

Instant Solution for Damp Concrete
Mark was very thorough in finding the issue that was causing dampness on the concrete. Went above and beyond helping clear the area and ensuring I knew how to take care of it moving forward. Flagship gets a 10/10 for the attentiveness and always ensuring the issues are sorted out first visit or arranging a follow up. Thank you Mark! Very polite and helpful
