Fizzy whiz is absolutely amazing, my small business would not be here without this fantastic company. Natalie is an absolute gem, she has helped us out when we have needed it, she has always replied to our emails and whenever there is a problem, she has sorted it promptly. The oils are the best and the kits are really easy to follow, and the deals are so worth it. My small company has grown and will get bigger next year with the help of all the assessments that have been made available by Fizzy. I wish I could give Fizzy whiz more stars, because they deserve it, they go above and beyond all other companies.

I ordered the Clay Mask kit and also the face mask assessment on Monday (29/9) around 19:35, received the assessment immediately and the kit arrived earlier this afternoon - I only requested standard despatch! Absolutely amazing service and a quality product.
They've been my main supplier for the last 2 years and can't be faulted on their service (which alone is worth the 5*) or the products.

I placed an order early Tuesday morning, and now it's Sunday with no fulfillment. I'm waiting for these oils for another order. I reached out to Natalie, but her response was vague, mentioning that Shannon had emailed me about this, yet I haven't received anything from anyone. I emailed again this morning to inquire about the delay in my order.

I used to think highly of this company, but my perspective has shifted lately. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with them for my assessments, but I won’t be making any further purchases. I plan to take my business elsewhere.

I can honestly say that Fizzy Whiz is the best company l have ever dealt with. Their products are always high quality, their customer care is fantastic and also they are very supportive of their customers. I highly recommend them.

Fizzy Whiz are truly amazing, everything from their communication to sending and packing your order is First Class.
My Candle company has only been trading a year and I’ve only discovered Fizzy Whiz in the last couple of months, but I’m glad I did, as my company has now ventured into new exciting products that a couple of months ago I wouldn’t have thought was possible.
The deals they do are outstanding, they really do have something for everyone, the kits are amazing with lots of great detail and information, a nice touch is sometimes getting a small gift of a sample fragrance oil with your order which shows that your dealing with a company that cares about their customers, even the packing note says who picked your order and who checked it, delivery is always prompt and my orders are well packaged.
They often run competitions from scratch cards for prizes to money off your order or the potential to win assessments.
I really can’t recommend Fizzy Whiz highly enough, don’t just think about doing an order with them, place an order you won’t regret it.

Really fabulous company. Oils are fab, Nat does a weekly give away which is more than what most companies do, oils are strong & good priced, i didn’t realise just how much of a big company they are. They are always releasing new assessments & kits & they listen to what the customers want. They are always up to date with CLP and other supporting documents as well which a lot of other companies aren’t, etc they won’t just release 10 scents for laundry, they will actually do as many as they can and the paperwork is ready quick time. Makes life so much more easier than chasing them or limited to only a handful of scents. They even test their products etc laundry to make sure the colours won’t change etc the vanillin. All in all I like shopping with FizzyWhiz.
