Five Guys dont really care despite being happy to charge a LOT for a different burger experience
Five Guys choose Deliveroo to partner with. They allow them to represent them to consumers and then dont care how a customer is treated.
My order came tonight (Friday - we were all excited) but the order comes with just burgers and no fries. That was after 40 minutes of waiting for the whole family. No chance of getting any fries after that to eat with the burgers as the Deliveroo guy just did not care. So disappointing.
The Driver blames 5 Guys - which is probably correct as they handed him the order. Deliveroo does not care - you can order the fries seperately they say. Maybe you get them in another 40 minutes.
This is the best bit - you take the time to give feedback to Five Guys in an e-mail - who sell themselves as above the rest with a great product - what do they say?!?
As soon as you say its about a Deliveroo Delivery - they basically wash their hands of it. They send an e-mail message to tell you they will not be in contact as its not a Five Guys issue but "thanks for the feedback".
Thats rubbish. They don't really care.
