Where did they get my details

This company keep on making transactions on my card without me having anything to do with them. I don't even know who,what or where they are. I had to cancel my bank card twice and then contact them to reverse the transaction

Unethical + Terrible Customer Support

This company is a scam. I signed up as a reseller affiliate and after bringing a client they never paid and stopped returning any calls or emails. They kept telling me they are looking into it but it's been months and the client paid and they still won't return a simple call or email.

Then I was forced to work with them and the customer support is BEYOND horrible. They refuse to answer even simple questions directly and have some weird superiority complex where they want to make you feel like an idiot.

I thought this was a legit company because of the price and the size but they operate like some fly by night basement run company.

VOIP with lots of problems

There soft phones always have problems.You have to uninstall them probably once a month and things like updating you Mac OS to the latest version they will just tell you that a 5 billion dollar company doesn't support a planned OS release that happens every year. I do not see how this is something that happens for such a large company.

Overall

The Five9 support team is typically very responsive to my issues, so I'm very happy with all those I interact with at Five9. As far as the platform goes, the email interface needs quite a bit of work for an organization like ours that receives hundreds of emails every day that are not always handled in the order they come in. Also, I find that voicemails can build up literally forever if the phones are busy. During our peak season, which lasts about 4 months we had over 3,000 voicemails build up in our system. Overall we are happy with Five9.

Best Fully Fledged Cloud Contact Center

It's an amazing product for having a fully fledged Contact Center in the cloud with no restrictions and endless integrations, capable of modifying IVRs in real-time to allow flexibility in contingency cases.
