Very pleased with the service from start to finish. Was referred to SMITH’s by Fari who was very professional and kept us updated with the progress from start to finish. The designer / surveyor were extremely patient even re-attending the property providing additional colour samples due to my indecisiveness. Not going to lie was anxious about the build and final outcome but all I can say, the fitters went above and beyond their duty from making sure the floor was protected to adding extra sockets and showing perfect attention to detail even flagging up any unforeseen issues. Very courteous and constantly providing reassurance. Everything was on point and made up with the outcome. The overall media wall and experience dealing with SMITH’s exceeded my expectations. Will definitely recommend SMITH’s to family and friends. I wish them the very best and will definitely using them again. Keep up the fantastic work SMITH’s

From initial visit by Qudeer to second visit by surveyor Gurpreet and then work done by Vishal and colleagues, I am very happy with overall experience, work, finish and level of communication at all levels.
I would like to advise their finance department to allow customer take a breath before getting on to nerves for payments. On last day, worker are still on the door and finance lady started calling and asking for final settlement. You need to show some trust in your customers if we can show the same in your workers to be in our property over three days. Need to make your customer feel that they can take time to check and see if anything need to be repaired/adjusted, etc. I am not very impressed here.

Had my whole 5 bed house fitted with Wardrobes and dressing tables from Smiths and they did a good job. They don’t just take the money and go away. They go the extra mile till they have a satisfied customer. The turn around time too was very fast! I would recommend them any time.

We have been renovating our house.
Gurbs designed our Loft and first floor fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and Drawers. Communication was excellent all the way, Gurbs had amazing patience, from ordering through to completion, and visited during and after installation.
The Fitting team, a true gentleman, Gurpreet (Guppy) and his team were on time, conscientious, very important, incredible attention to detail, flagging up unforeseen issues in advance, so that we had maximum storage space.

The quality is first class and I had 3 quotes from other companies, which could not be beaten, or even matched, we had incredible value for money.
I would highly recommend Smith Fitted Wardrobes to anyone looking for high - quality wardrobes And storage solutions.
They are currently finishing now my luxury and bespoke kitchen, which I’m hoping to post this week. I have already recommended to family, friends, and neighbours!

I had wardrobes fitted into the loft with bedside cabinets and a table. From start to finish the service was excellent, with professional fitters who did a great job with the joints, doors and finishings. They tidied up after themselves and left no mess or dirt behind. I would highly recommend them and use them again as they are good value for money.

We are very pleased with the customer service throughout the entire job. The designer Saheb helped us patiently to choose a media wall and he gave us different ideas.The entire team has been very helpful with their advice and support, communication was there all the time.
We also were very impressed with our Head fitter Tinku, who did an amazing job in a day, and they were professional, protected the floor, and cleaned before handing over.

2nd job done by Smiths at our home. Great job. Worked hard to get it all done in a day which was great! They worked with us on the design and created a lovely cloakroom.

The Designer came in and provided us the design and an affordable quote. We initially had issues with the design, when it was being fitted. Gagan ji stepped in and fixed all the issues. 3 days the whole job was done pretty good. The best part was him sending gopi and team very experienced and knowledgeable. He fixed all issues through out and wrapped the work with a 🎀. Really pleased to have used Smiths Wardrobes and would highly recommend. Just communicate with them and maintain the calm. It should all be fine.

I can honestly say I was very surprised and impressed by the whole process. from drawing a plan to fitting. the whole thing was simple and straight forward. workmanship was brilliant.

I’ve been so impressed with this company, the wardrobes look fantastic and are great quality. The workmanship is impeccable. The whole team were polite and accommodating. The designer is always on hand to answer questions. When I wanted the clothes rails raising slightly the team came back within a week to resolve. I love my new wardrobes.
