Equipment Purchase
I recently purchased a squat rack and some flooring from FEI.
The customer service level from point of ordering to collection to a follow up enquiry was brilliant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
Due to being out of stock, there were some items I could not purchase and the installation instructions that come from the product manufacturer do leave a lot to be desired.
Overall, a good experience.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologise for the frustrating experience you had with your recent order. It is completely understandable to be disappointed when items arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging, especially after you already experienced a shipping delay. We hold ourselves to a much higher standard than this, and we clearly missed the mark.
We are glad to see that our team has already been in touch and that you have now received your replacement items. Please know that we take your feedback seriously; we are actively reviewing our packaging protocols and working with our transportation partners to ensure this does not happen again.
Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make things right.
