We were looking for potentially buying a treadmill. As less fit individuals, we were quite nervous going in and we weren’t sure what kind of reception we’d receive as this wasn’t our usual environment.

However, the experience quickly put us at ease. We were given the perfect amount of time to browse and explore on our own first, which we really appreciated. Then Jordan approached us at just the right moment and we were able to ask questions and get some genuinely helpful advice.
