Sent several emails to customer service giving 30 day notice as per rolling contract. Eventually the responded saying that they could not progress request as the email address was different to the one set up 8 years previously. Requested that I send a photo of the Managing Director of the company and a formal request to amend.( God forbid how would they know what he looks like and they should know from the rolling contract that I was a sole trader). Despite this to show what a farce this was I sent a picture of Donald Trump putting his tongue out. Guess what they accepted this as evidence and amended the email address and cancelled the contract. I will let you draw your own conclusion.
Visa - dangers of dealing with them.
We signed up with Clover ( Fiserv) to process credit cards. They provided a portal that could only be used in 1 way. After a year I received a call notifying me that what we were doing was against Visa rules. We agreed to move by the end of the month,
Visa than ordered Clover to close the portal immediately . Demanded we pay £5000 for an initial investigation, with no guarantee that would be the end of it and then we were added to black list meaning we could not sign up elsewhere.
Why does Michael Lyons: CEO of Fiserv sell a product and when things go wrong - entirely due to his companies actions - expect the consumer to spend large sums on the orders of Visa.
In the real world the producer deals with faulty products.
Funds Withheld for over 18 months-no compensación- only extended opology
After 18 months of withholding my money (£6300) and contradicting their own records, Clover’s solution was to ‘extend their apology- I was told;
“We usually allocate compensation in these situations, but unfortunately it doesn’t apply to you.”
Not a refund. Not a reversal. Just an apology — extended.
If you’re a business owner, ask yourself:
Can you afford to lose thousands of pounds and be told that an apology is all you’re entitled to?
Can't order groceries because of Fiserv.
I'm currently stuck with a temporary virtual debit card. My bank doesn't allow members to set a PIN with a virtual card. Fiserv hasn't considered customers like me. I can't order my groceries because of Fiserv.

If i could give zero stars I would. This company took my client's payments informing me they would hold for 60 days. They then decided I needed to submit documentation to show if I had chargebacks & was worthy to have their machine. I sent them 2 years paypal history with zero chargebacks and they still decided to close my account. The problem is they took service charges for the 3 transactions and will not refund those funds if transactions are refunded to clients. I need them to either release the funds or refund the clients and pay me back the fees they deducted from my account as service charges

To jest absolutnie najgorsza firma z jaką miałem nieszczęście współpracować. Nie potrafią dostarczyć faktury, bez powodu blokują dostęp do profilu, potem dzwoni jakaś windykacja. Jak im powiesz co o nich myślisz, zignorują Cię, jak zarządzasz informacji o danych osobowych, zignorują Cię, jak im wytłumaczysz, że to nie Afryka żeby żądać zapłaty bez dostarczenia faktury, zignorują Cię. Jak zarządzasz dokumentów, zignorują Cie. Żadnego przepraszam, żadnego niczego. Środkowy palec dla was i rychłego upadku.

Anscheinend kommt es hier häufiger vor, dass bei zweiten bzw. dritten Abbuchungen der falsche Verwendungszweck eingetragen oder auch mal der komplett falsche Händler im Verwendungszweck steht. Nachdem ich dann ein Stündchen rumtelefoniert habe, 2 mal mit First Data, konnten wir das Aufklären. Und dann wird man auch noch am telefon beleidgt.
Unprofessionell, unfreundlich, und offensichtlich mit mangelhafter IT-infrastruktur.

I just recently switched from FISERV / MERCHANT CARD SERVICES to another provider. While we never had ANY issues with our FD130 model CC processor they NEVER told us that we could BUY the machine and we ended up LEASING it for $32.50 per month (since 2019) making the total lease amount $2,340.00. Shameful!!!

I had an awful experience with this company. The customer service was absolutely dreadful – I reached out multiple times with a complaint, but each time I was met with unhelpful responses or, worse, no response at all. It’s clear that they have no interest in resolving issues or addressing concerns.
When I finally managed to speak with someone, I was promised a resolution, but nothing was done. It felt like they were just stalling and avoiding accountability. They completely ignored the legitimate complaints I had and gave me false assurances. I ended up feeling deceived and completely frustrated.
It’s disappointing to deal with a company that doesn’t care about its customers or stand behind its products/services. I would advise others to steer clear, as they don’t seem to have any real interest in customer satisfaction.
And the nightmare begins...
Ok.. I am going to be as honest as possible. Maybe some people have a great relationship with Fiserv and/or Clover - but we did NOT. It has been a nightmare. I have been transferred so many times and given so many verification information that it's really not funny any more. I have heard "I'm so sorry" so many times it's insane.
An account representative for Clover/Fiserv went into my bank - and got records and accounts of people using other merchant services. We use Square. This representative contacted me and told me we could save money using their services. Since I trust my bank, I assumed this (Fiserv) is legitimate. That was my first mistake.
Once we downloaded the "Clover Go" app, it took payments. No problems - or so we thought. We made about 12 transactions. When I went to our checking account, none of the money was transferred. No messages, no calls, no emails, NOTHING. So I called the account representative and she was going to "submit a ticket"... lol.
So, I used the Chat... and the real nightmare begins. My store is small and no employees, so I can't be on a phone for hours. Well, that doesn't matter to Fiserv... I should be grateful I only had to wait 4 hours to get no service or results. (One customer service rep kept me on phone for 1 hour, just to transfer to an advance support center that's closing in 8 minutes, thus unable to get help - "oh, I'm so sorry".) You're gonna get a lot of "I'm so sorry" with Fiserv.
Could go on and on about the problems, but trustpilot won't give space. Though Fiserv has ALL my documentation, watch them ask for my email or something so the problem can be resolved.. lol.

Sinds emspay onderdeel is van Fiserv hebben wij sinds 25 juli jl. geen betalingen meer ontvangen, terwijl onze dienst wel al geleverd is. Het gaat over een bedrag van meer dan 150K
Wij hebben de indruk dat Fiserv ernstige financiële problemen heeft. Voor iedereen die zakendoet met dit bedrijf opletten. Het kan zomaar zijn dat deze betaalprovider op omvallen staat.

Very disappointing.
We have been using FiServe for 10+ years with no problem - that is until Clover became involved. I am asked to go through hoops for a service which should simply be logon, download invoice and make payment. Extremely disappointing.

Terrible customer service
When I called for help to resolve an issue they put me on hold and forwarded my call to US Bank. Neither US bank nor Fiserv have helped me to find this missing $2785.51
Would not recommend
Awful experience - do not use these people!
These guys state they are Lloyds Cardnet - they have taken money and not paid it out.
I attempted to complain via their contact on the FCA register, guess what - bounce back on that email!
Still waiting for my money, get no where calling them
