Communication from my agent Chris was a strength throughout the process of leasing my new vehicle. It was regular enough so that I never felt out of the loop without being overbearing. He was able to answer all questions and ensure that the process was smooth and efficient.

Very good communication from the sales people, didn't feel pressured and was helped at every step with the lease application form. Delivery driver was extremely friendly.
On the negative side, I missed a call from FVL the day before delivery was due but couldn't get in touch despite multiple calls and messages left. Still don't know if it was important or not...

First time leasing a car seemed a little daunting until I got in touch with FVL they answered all my questions put me at ease and now I have a brand new car. Would recommend without a doubt.

I found the customer service was really good and any of the questions that were asked were given straight away or they were investigated and came back promptly.

Received 3 quotes from the company, each time they weren't able to honour the quote they had sent me . Eventually did order a car but then had issues getting the lease agreement. Representatives weren't able to assist.
