First Tech - Wilsonville Anmeldelser

Mr. Scot Taylor was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. If I could give this gentlemen any higher rating I WOULD! Knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with... All my issues were resolved perfectly!

I went in because of the six month rate and literally didn’t step back through the door for 6 months and was greeted and remembered like it was last week

I had a very smooth and hassle-free experience opening my account. The entire process was straightforward, intuitive, and completed in a short amount of time. The instructions were clear, the verification steps were simple, and I received timely updates throughout the onboarding process. What stood out most was the ease of use and the efficiency of the platform, which made getting started quick and stress-free. Overall, a great customer experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless account setup process. Thank you, Daniel Gouveia.

Nisha was extremely wonderful. Hire more of her clones. It was a smooth conversation and what i considered a complex urgent request, she dealt it perfectly and also provided me additional insights and helpful information for future. Thanks a ton Nisha!!

Evelyn was helpful with entering my issue of not getting the loan cashback reward, but FirstTech can't seem to get this working.
So, if you are using rewards checking and expecting the 0.5% loan cashback, check your statement and make sure you are receiving it.
They missed the rebate again in August and I'm having to make another request to get it fixed. It's < $10/month but it's frustrating to have to monitor this myself.

Very helpful information, pleasant conversation, and I was able to resolve the issue quickly. Thanks for the assistance.

Spoke with Francisco about rebuilding my credit . Gave me some good options on what was available for my situation . Great costumer service and communication

We needed help with a complicated wire transfer. Ashley was extremely patient. Did research that overcame a major obstacle. Ultimately helped us to complete the wire transfer. Definitely give her 5 stars for outstanding customer support.

I have been a member of this credit union for 53 years, when it was started as another benefit for employees of Hewlett-Packard (HP). I have always found that the employees of First Tech Federal Credit Union are extremely polite and eager to please you. However,
