I’ve been working with Kyle this past year and he has been a great addition to the team. I have built great relationships over the years with other bankers and I’m glad management has replace them with Kyle who is equivalent to my past experience. I look forward to continue building my relationship with Kyle.

Lev took time with me
Lev took time with me, answered multiple questions, explained throughly so I could make informed decisions. There were multiple transactions and he was very engaged and attentive. At no time did I feel rushed. I very much appreciate Lev.

Lenore and Sarah Mae are incredible FTFCU assets!
Lenore warmly welcomed me and introduced me to Sarah Mae after I explained my need for help. Sarah Mae explained things to me as a layperson, and I felt competent in my level of understanding. This is unusual for me as I'm learning about new investment strategies. Her answers were thorough and compassionate, and I felt heard and cared for, especially when Lenore checked in to ensure I was getting the help I needed. Thank you, Lenore and Sarah Mae! Opened boom certificate and it was fast and easy and only took about 1 day to transfer the money into finance the transaction
