I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Ismael.

Having discussed with him my wash-dryer’s issue he gave me an honest diagnostic in explaining it was in the end of its life.

What also stood out was his warm and courteous customer service.

I certainly recommend his services and will be requesting them should I need in the future.

Excellent service from Ismael of First Serve, rapid response, quick diagnosis and repair. And the warranty and guarantee are well above the norm. Maybe not the cheapest but well worth it anyhow.

The booking process is very easy and the engineers turned up very quickly.
I was most pleasantly surprised by the honesty and integrity of the management team. It's not often that you get such quick resolution and it deserves to be acknowledged.

I’ve use these guys before and they are excellent. My review today is because I had them booked in for an appointment, all very smooth, and then I changed my mind and decided I needed a new washing machine.

I cancelled the appointment and had a full refund of the deposit within an hour or so. I’m really impressed by this. Most places wouldn’t refund the booking deposit.

Goes to show their integrity. Will definitely use them again (Although hopefully not with my new washing machine for some time!)

Excellent and rapid service. Xavi the engineer was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and he sorted the pump of my very old washing machine. Booked it on a Sunday afternoon and he was there at 11am the very next day Monday. Excellent service all round.

Couldn’t be happier with the service. Xavi was very friendly and efficient, on time, good communication and my washing machine is working again! Would definitely use again.

My washing machine was broken. The pre-appointment phase gave me some anxiety as communication was intense and I had to pre-pay £50 for booking and £59 for the actual visit. However, Xavi arrived 30 min early, looked thoroughly at the machine circuit, found the problem, made some sensible recommendations and volunteered to look at other appliances if we problems. Friendly and effective service in the end but do sort out your pre-visit customer journey because I am sure it is scaring people off..

Prompt and efficient service. I paid a £50 call out charge to cover the initial booking reservation for the same day. I was then unexpectedly told that there would be no charge as a previous repair (which I thought was not the same) had been carried out a few months previously and I was covered by their guarantee. I was subsequently then told I would be repaid £25 the balance being retained for congestion charge and parking. This came as complete but welcome surprise. I would recommend this company and use them again.

I wanted to book a repair for Siemens washing machine. The gentlemen called me to discuss and anaylsed the problem on the phone and he was so honest. I was so impressed. How nice for him to be honestly telling me his view, you dont get this nowadays.
Although I did not go through with the repair (and purchased a new one) when needed this will be the first company to call

Ismael very quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our washing machine. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He very clearly explained everything he did and was full of useful advice. Highly recommended.

Turned up on time. Unfortunately, the washer/dryer was irreparable (It was a Beko which, I will not be buying in future). Ismael spent some time discussing my future purchase options. He recommended a Bosch and I have acted on his advice.

Very friendly same day service. The appointment was scheduled in at short notice and around my very busy day.
The engineer kept in touch and arrived when he said he would.
The job was carried out and the fridge was bought back to life. I also arranged to have it serviced at the same time.

Advised over the phone and refunded the call out fee. Very thankful.

Did a google found these guys with amazing reviews! That trusted me to use them. When I did use them the service was amazing I got an appointment next day and was repaired within a couple of hours.

After looking online for 2hrs, I was very fortunate to find FirstServeUK to do a washing machine service and clean job. I was quite anxious as I'd never done one before, my washing machine is 11 years old, and a new blanket I'd washed had released loads of lint and fluff. Ismael came the next day after I spoke with him, and did a thorough service, including cleaning out the filter and confirming that there was mould, fungi, and lint in the machine itself behind the drum, so it was now unhygienic and needed to be replaced. He wrote an e-mail report which I will share with my landlord. He also gave me advice for generally maintaining a new washing machine going forwards.

I got the number from Google and I am so pleased.
Had a dishwasher problem and I called and spoke to a lovely bloke who was so helpful.
The engineer came out the same day and repaired the fault.
Great company and would definitely recommend them to friends and family
