Tom was clear and precise
Tom was clear and precise about the benefits, limits and cost of the insurance. He got back to me when he said he would. His voice was clear and understandable. All in all an easy experience for me.
The on hold music was dreadful.

This was my first time having to buy home insurance and the situation was very baffling for me. After numerous online quotes with the most unnecessary and ridiculous questions (in my opinion) I stumbled across this site. I had the pleasure of speaking to Evelyn who was very lovely, she went through everything and I was totally surprised she didn't ask half the silly questions other sites were asking. She was very helpful, patient and kind to someone whose brain was completely fuddled at this point. I'm glad it was her who called me , she talked me through everything and I felt a lot more knowledgeable at the end. Thank you

Excellent service from Dennis
Dennis was very professional, efficient and explained the details of the policy very clearly. When I didn't understand a few things, he patiently repeated details and did not rush me. He got me a great deal for insurance and gave me several options to choose from, depending on my level of nned so that I could compare policies. Thank you Dennis!

Renewing landlord insurance
The gentleman dealing with my call dealt patiently and concisely explaining what i had to do at each stage of the renewal. Unfortunately i cannot recall his name but he was a pleasure to do business with.

I called to clarify issues around my insurance policy account.
I called to clarify issues around a letter I received recently and the staff advisor took his time to check my account and confirmed the account was up to date, advising the letter was no longer necessary putting to bed my concern, his calmness was reassuring which was much appreciated.

I had a lovely chat with James Riley today. He was very helpful and gave me careful guidance about how to proceed with the insurance. He was also extremely patient with my slightly clueless questions and the fact that I had a little one shouting in the background and couldn’t hear him some of the time! It was a really helpful chat and I really appreciated it. I’m looking forward to a follow up in a few months.
