The worst company in the world
The worst company in the world! Made me wait 3 weeks for an engine they didn’t even have! Told me they sent it out kept telling me to wait in and it will be there! Like an idiot I’ve sat in and waiting for an engine that never come, I tried to phone on multiple occasions only to be met with voicemail, I rang another number he answered and told me his boss and his son has been on holiday so while I’ve been sat getting frustrated they have took their self on holiday… had to wait for them to come back, only for them to say they don’t know where the engine is and I’ll have to get my money back in 3-5 working days so now I have to wait even longer without no engine and to even get my money to buy a proper one,
These people are messers!!!

Wouldn’t recommend ever since I bought…
Wouldn’t recommend ever since I bought the car had nothing but problems the radio that was in the car stopped working when I went to get it fixed the guy said he’d never seen something so dangerous before the wiring was horrible and said it was seconds away from setting on fire. I had to get a clutch not long after buying car and then had to get a new gearbox the chassis was very rusty and had holes in it when I first got the car it wouldn’t stop misfiring and there was just loads of problems all the way round. I’m very upset with the company after being told they were very good but obviously not.

I would like to just give a very positive review on Nathan. After recently getting my new car
Had two issues with it. Nathan was so helpful throughout his communication was amazing, he came down to Sheffield picked up the car got it sorted and brought it back for me. One of the issues wasn’t covered on warranty but he got me assistance to not have to suffer paying the full price alone, which was such a huge huge help for me. I honestly appreciate such great customer service and support. And he surely had good people skills and deals with clients in such a professional and respectful manner. He surely has been amazing I don’t regret choosing find my car to get my car.

We gave Ted an outline of what we were looking for and after researching he found a perfect match for us at a reasonable price. He also delivered the vehicle to us, which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend using Ted again in the future.

Simply the Best
When my daughter’s vehicle was on life support and she was looking for a quick and easy / no stress new purchase, there was only one person we were going to!!
Ted at FindMyCar!!
In a very short space of “request to handing over the keys”, Ted had sourced a suitable vehicle, test driven it, fetched it, serviced it, re-gassed the air con, had it detailed all ready for a happy daughter! And all in under a week!! And she not only got the keys yesterday, but also a lovely bunch of flowers!!
Having known Ted for a few years, and purchased previous vehicles, he really is the Tina Turner of car selling.

Brilliant service!
I made an inquiry on the 3rd of June, and just two weeks later my new car was delivered! Nathan made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. Would recommend any day! I approached Nathan when wanting to upgrade my car. He made the process so easy, searched high and low and found exactly what I wanted and more. If you are wondering about using these then all I would say is “trust the process”.
I got in touch with them, told them what I wanted to spend a month and what car I wanted and after a few messages they had found my new Nissan Qashqai.
It was delivered to my work (for convenience) in immaculate condition.
Thoroughly recommend!!!!!!!

I 1000% recommend using this company for your next car. After dealing with the big dealerships, all the paperwork and the stress that come with them I decided to give Findmy.car ago. Nathan dealt with me and honestly I can’t thank him enough, I told him the type of cars I was looking for and what my budget was and he found me the perfect family car, he took all the stress and worry out of finding a new car. Nathan kept me up dated throughout the whole process, he even went the extra mile and got the alloys refurbished, delivered the car to my door step and after losing the registration plate on the motorway he got me some new ones made up and sent them to my house. I can’t thank him enough and I will definitely be using them again and telling family and friends about this company.
