They stock Caperberries!!
Recently returned from Australia where we were introduced to caperberries and have been unable to obtain these from health food shops locally (UK). An internet search found me this lovely company. An added bonus is that they also supply gluten free products so I will definitely be ordering from them again. The delivery charge was reasonable and the delivery time was acceptable.

I love chocolate gingers but sad to…
I love chocolate gingers but sad to find some of them were turning white as if they were out of date. I sadly think I won't be ordering anymore, even though it has always been my favourite sweet especially at xmas.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with the chocolate gingers you received in your order.
If you could contact our team via email we can raise this issue with the producer on you behalf as I am confident the product would have been well with their best before date and should not have turned white - we do occasionally experience chocolate blooming during warmer months but I have never heard of this happening in January!
Worst retail experience ever
Ordered lots of lovely sauces, stocks and gravy, and planned the weeks food accordingly. After 5 days waiting I contacted them to be told delivery is 10 days. I thought this excessive in this day and age.
After 11 days I got a notification that the parcel was damaged and wouldn’t be getting delivered.
On contacting them, I expected some great customer service, and replacements to be rushed to me. How wrong I was, the man on the phone wasn’t bothered about anything like customer service, offered a refund and put the phone down.
Still waiting for the refund, but not holding my breath.
Worst retail experience I’ve ever had.

Thank you for your review and apologies that you were not happy with the service you received.
I can see that you placed your order on the evening of Saturday 25th January and contacted us on Friday 31st advising that your order hadn't arrived, at which point my colleague advised we suggest that standard delivery can take up to 7 working days from date of dispatch.
I can also see that when you contacted us again my colleague immediately followed up with EVRI who advised that your order had been damaged in transit.
I can confirm that a full refund was made to your original payment method on 4th February and although this generally shows on you account within a few days it can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank or card provider.
