At this point I cannot recommend this company
It started out really well, but as soon as you want something changed you realize that their service is really bad.
With your approval they will release your tracks on their compilations. After a certain period you are entitled to have your tracks removed from those compilations. Although you are entitled to it and they say they will remove your tracks from their compilations nothing is done in reality. They just lie to you saying it has been taken offline, but you can find it online within seconds.
Also, after creating tickets for support it is highly uncertain if you actually receive a response. Sometimes they won't respond for MONTHS.
Then the statistics. Multiple days EVERY week you are not able to see any of your statistics. You login and just see nothing...
Last point. They used to pay out revenues from tiktok, facebook and instragram streams. All of a sudden they just stopped doing that. That really feels like theft!
I think they are highly understaffed and are looking for ways to engage in a more shady type of business compared to a few years ago.

More than 13 years with Feiyr and never an issue. Customer service can be a bit slow due to the high demand they handle, but they do respond and are always attentive, helpful, and willing to assist.

Totally unprofessional and no customer service.
I had a terrible experience with my first release there. The track was delivered to the wrong artist profile, and I tried for months to get Feiyr to fix it. Support tickets and emails went unanswered.
They deliver to many platforms without checking, but only offer official support for a handful of platforms. The releases on YouTube and Soundcloud were published under a random new profile that I can't even access. I took the trouble to check all the delivered platforms (approx. 40) myself, because “they didn't have time for that.” I made a detailed list with links and provided it to them. They still didn't solve the problem, they just ignored it. Even the ultimate threat of legal action by registered mail was ignored.
In the end, I contacted the platforms myself, and they helped me quickly.

Literalmente me está robando, mintiendo, están cometiendo delitos penales de fraude, falsedad documental, estafa continuada y apropiación indebida. Con 62 discos en el mercado, habiendo sido Top Ventas en 4 países.. me han pagado 4€... .... ... Eso es TODO lo que he cobrado en 7 meses..

We receive sales and streaming reports automatically from the individual platforms, and we are unable to accelerate or manually influence this process. Revenue only becomes visible in your account once the reports have been received and processed.

Meine Erfahrungen mit Feiyr sind gemischt.
Für Musikveröffentlichungen funktioniert der Workflow technisch solide und zuverlässig. Hier hatte ich keine Probleme bei Distribution oder Cover-Freigaben.
Im Hörbuchbereich gab es wiederholt Ablehnungen mit dem Hinweis auf mangelnde Coverqualität (RC002), ohne konkrete Detailangaben. Eine klare Rückmeldung, welches Portal oder welches spezifische Element beanstandet wird, fehlt bislang. Hier wünsche ich mir mehr Transparenz.
Ein E-Book-Release diente mir ebenfalls als Vergleich. Nach meinen bisherigen Tests ist die Plattform für Musik gut geeignet, für E-Books aus meiner Sicht weniger ideal. Der Hörbuchbereich bleibt aktuell noch offen.
Sollte sich die Situation klären, passe ich diese Bewertung gern an.

Update:
Inzwischen habe ich mein Hörbuch und mein E-Book erfolgreich über andere Distributoren veröffentlicht. Das zeigt für mich, dass die technischen Anforderungen grundsätzlich erfüllbar sind.
Mein Fazit bleibt daher:
Für Musikveröffentlichungen ist Feiyr aus meiner Sicht eine zuverlässige Lösung.
Im Bereich Hörbuch und E-Book habe ich aktuell bessere Erfahrungen mit spezialisierten Anbietern gemacht.
Ich halte die Bewertung weiterhin offen und passe sie gern an, falls sich hier künftig etwas ändert.

Die Vorgaben für gedruckte Bücher unterscheiden sich beispielsweise von denen für Online-Medien. Diese variieren wiederum je nach Inhalt, also etwa Musik, E-Book oder Hörbuch/-spiel. Die jeweiligen Richtlinien werden von den Verkaufsportalen festgelegt, um das Lese- bzw. Hörerlebnis so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Top Service for Artists – Available Even at Christmas!
I’ve been working with Feiyr for some time now and I’m completely satisfied. What impressed me the most is the super-fast support, which responded quickly, friendly, and professionally even during the Christmas holidays – that’s absolutely not a given in this industry.
The billing is transparent and easy to understand, you can clearly see where everything comes from. The website is very easy to use, even if you’re not a tech expert: setting up releases, managing data – everything is structured and logical.
On top of that, Feiyr offers very good promotion options for songs, which helped my tracks get more visibility and reach new listeners.
Overall, I feel taken seriously and well supported as an artist with Feiyr – highly recommended!

Es gibt sicher viele Portale mit vergleichbaren Angeboten aber, feiyr hat einen support der funktioniert, man kann jemanden erreichen wenn man Hilfe braucht. In Zeiten von KI wird es langsam zum Alleinstellungsmerkmal wenn man einen support hat ;-)

FEIYR ist ein sehr gutes Unternehmen. Man bezahlt keine Abogebühr, es wird jede Leistung (Release, Werbung) einzeln abgerechnet. Man muss nicht alles auf einmal machen beim Release eines Albums. Man kann den Entwurf speichern. Es gibt sogar die Möglichkeit SDs und Schallplatten pressen zu lassen.
Ferner kann man anderes, z.B. E-Books veröffentlichen.
Der Support ist niedrigschwellig zu erreichen und man muss nicht erst mit einem Chatbot diskutieren.

This distributor (Feiyr.com from Germany) does not delete my releases and does not pay for tiktok / instagram / facebook. No statistics for more than 9 months for social networks. Moreover, they have a paid release deletion - 30 euros. Technical support has not responded ONCE for 8 months. I do not recommend.
