Excellent service from start to finish. I had already purchased the garden furniture which is high quality, beautifully made, and exactly as described. This order was for the furniture cover. Delivery was prompt, and the team kept me informed throughout the process. I was really pleased with my purchases and would happily recommend Feature Deco Garden Furniture to anyone looking for stylish, durable outdoor furniture.

Really happy with our garden furniture. Great quality and comfortable. Good price for the set compared with local garden centre prices. Arrived very well packaged and took about 2 hours to assemble but had all the pieces required to do so.
Delivery team arrived in the time slot provided (3 hour window) and brought it all into the back garden for me to assemble.
I would use this company again.

Wr ordered the Kemble bistro garden 2 seat set and we really like it. The set is well made, looks great and is perfect for our garden.

It took slightly longer to be delivered than expected but we really like the set.

Thank you Laura James

Great product and good service. Received within a week and kept up to date with delivery times. Even the driver text to let us know eta, they even Carried it down the garden for us. Really great furniture, just what I was searching for.

Fabulous garden set, delivered within a week, so happy with it, very good quality and comfortable, 100% recommendations, from ordering to delivery. Thank you so much

Really pleased with our overall service. We ordered the LUDLOW corner set and it was delivered within 5 days. The furniture was partially assembled (tables to be assembled) and it was easy to do. Very good quality, sturdy base and thick cushions.
Thank you

I didn’t leave a review when I bought my sofa around 7 or 8 years ago, but have been sat in my garden today, thinking about it being the best garden purchase I’ve ever made. It’s out in all weathers (cushions come inside every night) and still looks amazing. No warping, no discolouration, still extremely sturdy. I’ll definitely be back when I need another, but for anyone contemplating whether to buy from this company or save a few quid and go elsewhere, I urge you to consider FeatureDECO as an investment in your garden. So happy, all these years on.

The furniture is great, fast delivery. Would definitely reccomend to friends and family.

So I had recently had a garden do over and wanted some new furniture. Most garden centres charge a fortune and look a little dated. FeatureDECO popped up and i instantly fell in love with the Ludlow collection and placed an order. There was a small delay in delivery from what was agreed but out of there hands, it wasn’t ideal but they dealt with it very professionally. I would highly recommend this company. Furniture is excellent quality. I don’t normally do reviews unless exceptional service and product.

Had an excellent experience with FeatureDeco from the start. Emailed with a query which was replied to within 2 hours. Received our furniture quickly and is of great quality. Will definitely purchase from them again

Great staff, really helpful is showing us the different sets taking the time to
Explain and advise. My new garden corner sofa set looks fabulous, I’m so pleased with it!

Great website , always in communication, delivered within a few days can not fault them. I bought the Harrington 6 seater oval it’s very nice .

Great furniture, excellent quality & delivered promptly

Good web site, easy ordering and v pleased with the product.
Good value
Only slight criticism was the lack of communication after placing the order.
Had to call them at the end of the delivery period to find out .
That said, call centre was helpful and well informed.
The goods arrived the next day.

Good communication throughout and good quality product.

Visited showroom to browse what was available. Young man there was really helpful and answered all our questions.
When had decided which set was for us, we found the website really easy to navigate and was simple process to place our order.
Confirmation email was received with clear instructions of when/what to expect for delivery.
The furniture is good quality and we are pleased with our purchase.

Great product. Really happy with it, great quality and comfort. Great service as well, including flexibility with delivery and friendly and efficient delivery guys.

I researched featureDECO thoroughly for a year or more before purchasing and the reviews are warrantedly excellent. Just finished unpacking & putting together our 8pc Belgravia corner sofa set with rising table and couldn't be more pleased. The quality is absolutely superb, well worth the very reasonable price it costs. Fantastic communication and help from the team, overall could not be happier. Thank you so much.

Great selection on the website and fast delivery, with helpful delivery team. The furniture is really well built, it’s extremely comfortable, compared to our last garden furniture and it looks amazing. We are so delighted with the purchase!

Great product and easy to purchase and delivery was very fast
