Tom Wang FBA Masterclass is a scam. If I could give 0 stars, I would. In the USA, each state has actual classes that help individuals start and build a business for FREE. They provide trusted advisors that help you with each step for FREE and you can meet with them in person, via zoom or talk with them over the phone to get helpful advice as to what to do whether it be building your business plan, executing on your business plan, accounting/CPA classes led by CPAs that have successful firms, hiring employees, managing every aspect of your business and have experts and mentors in all types of businesses as well.

With that said, when I bought Tom Wang's FBA Masterclass for $$$$$, what did i get? NO Mentor that actually understands business or how to mentor someone or even how to give specific useful advice/mentorship about e-commerce. Their mentors are not Subject Matter Experts. They are posers! They are not certified professional mentors. I have a business degree and have had professional mentorship in other industries. So when I was sold on the mentorship program, I thought they’d actually mentor. FBA Masterclass has no freaking clue of what professional mentorship looks like. They don’t understand business. They don’t have any special knowledge of selling on Amazon. Nothing the mentor says is worth the money you pay. Their knowledge is high school level info at best. FBA masterclass and mentorship is such a joke. They do not mentor even though they claim they will. They have old videos that you watch about how back in the day Amazon used to work, which is NOT relevant now.

The FBA “support” is just a place to email, but doesn't provide solutions or anything of use. They just refer you back to the out dated videos.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH FBA MASTERCLASS. FBA masterclass provides less help than the Free services available via AMAZON and Other state funded options for people that want to start and run a business, which includes ecommerce professionals. There are plenty of free Youtube videos and Free videos offered by AMAZON how to start selling on AMAZON. AMAZON also provides you with people to help you over the phone if you set up an appointment. Amazon will call you and walk you through everything for the allocated time slot you sign up for, which is all FREE. FBA masterclass will try to say their information is something different than the free information from Amazon or YouTube, but it is not better or different. FBA masterclass is actually worse because it’s outdated. Their videos prove that point.

FBA masterclass is nothing special. Their mentors avoid answering questions because they know nothing useful you cannot already get off YouTube or Amazon. When you move fast to accomplish and get everything going to make use of your 90 days of mentorship, the mentor will purposefully delay you so you waste your 90 days. With my effort and help from Amazon, I got everything done in 45 days, but when I would ask specific questions to my FBA masterclass mentor to help me set up future actual products vs wasting time on a sample product, my mentor would NOT answer my questions and would try to stall or avoid my questions to run out the 90 day clock. She literally said, “you’re moving too fast.” I’m a college educated person who has worked in business and wanted to get in the e-commerce space. I didn’t need to ponder on the process. I simply was moving too fast for their limited information as if they wanted you to only work on your sample product during the 90 days so you could pay more to get mentorship for your actual product. Once the 90 days is up, they try to get you to pay more money to extend their nonsense, no help mentorship as if they had any knowledge to impart to begin with.

FBA Masterclass is a SCAM!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH FBA MASTERCLASS. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Tom wang and his course is a joke. They lie and decieve people into purchasing the course. Spend about 8000CAD and in the beggining they claimed you only need a $1000 to start amazon fba but its significantly more than that. Almost a $1000 a month for all the subcriptions you need. Its a business where you will bleed money from your account better have tons of money saved to start this business. Nothing about the course stands out all toms information you can get for FREE online on youtube. He is a true scam artist. Also to pay that much I have messaged him about questions before and he opened my message and didnt reply and completely ignored me. After I spend my hard earned money thats a slap in the face. Hope karma gets to him idk how this guy sleeps at night knowing he's getting rich off of peoples hard earned money and not even being able to reply to them or try to help them out at all. Paid substantial amount of money just to be treated this way. And the "coach" mark I got to talk to before buying the course is also a prick he eneded up just blocking my number for asking questions about amazon. After they take your money YOU WILL BE LEFT IN THE DUST. All tom and his team care about is taking your hard earned money they do not care about ur success. Tom wang is a total scumbag scam artist.

It’s a scam! I said I would like to take a look at what I’d be purchasing to see if it’s worth the investment. I wanted to see the content of what they’d be teaching because how can I know what I’m paying for without seeing it first. Their sales person promises so much and even reassured me a refund if I don’t make money using their one-on-one coaching, but when you actually try to use their “money back guarantee,” they refuse. I did everything their coach told me to do. I was “too fast” in her words as if they expected me to run out the 90 day clock so they couldn’t honor the guarantee. The information they provide is the same as the free information Amazon and other free YouTubers provide when wanting to sell on Amazon. Each state provides free small business advice and resources and Tom Wang’s advice and one on one coaching is not even mentorship level information. It’s nothing special. Do not waste your money.

T and his team are really amazing. I haven’t seen another program that gives so much insight and information on Amazon FBA. I love the zoom sessions, the coaches are down to earth and authentic. In all of my questions and ignorance, they give patience and guidance. I know I wouldn’t have gotten as far as I have without the opportunity and knowledge from my coaches here.

I was offered an opportunity to write a Trustpilot review by Tom Wang's FBA Masterclass but I don't see it so I think it got lost somewhere in the shuffle. Anyway I was taken the first time that I heard Tom Wang speak on YouTube. I was so excited about the idea of selling products on Amazon. The experience that I received was not as it was portrayed it would be. There was deceiving, bragging, ignoring and what I deem flat out disrespect and negligence. They called it "missed opportunities". There was even a last attempt to beguile me by my on-boarding coach Simone Jihal by texting my phone with a deal for 3k off after I had already canceled the contract and after being asked on more than one occasion to leave me alone, but she texted calling herself Samantha. The problem was she texted from her own phone number so her name popped up as soon as the message came through. Guys, these people play games with your life just to steal and strong armed people out of their hard earned money. I currently have a publication in editing that tells the entire ridiculously unprofessional story from beginning to end and it also helps those who have old contracts like mine (I'm sure several things has been changed after this) who are being made to continue to pay for a program that doesn't suite you anymore or that you want out of but you are being strong armed into paying for, hopefully get out of it. The publication is called "Tom Wang's FBA Masterclass: A Student Report- Spilling the tea." Look for it to come out in about a month. Masterclass has been notified of it's coming. FBA Masterclass and our mentor Lance was an amazing resource to have for starting our Amazon journey. The FBA Masterclass videos and learning projects were well laid out and easy to reference back to. The amount of information is immense but the format ease of use made it simple to understand. Having a personal mentor however made all the difference for us and was the key we needed to really get our product off the ground and launched.

I am definitely very grateful so far to be part of this community of positive people with whom I have learned so much for over a year and a half. I took the "flagship" program last year and then upgraded to the coaching program last month. And the difference is so obvious and easier especially with the help of a coach like Rio. After only 3 weeks in the program, I am already at the validation stage of my first product idea. I already realize that it is one of the best decisions of the year that I have made. Already Thank you to all the staff!

I didn’t give it a 5 just because it needs some updating of the training videos otherwise I’m very pleased with the corse. It’s just the right support to push me through or out of my comfort zones.

The FBA Masterclass is well-organized, allowing participants to study at their convenience. It is evident that the company has put in significant effort to build this platform. Each step is clearly explained.

I have been a student of Tom Wang FBA Master class for the past 11 months and it has been a challenging journey for me. Thanks to my coach and the FB Community I was able to get the help I need to finally launch my first product soon. My Coach was very helpful and always there for me via email when I had questions. He provided the answers I need to move on with my Amazon Listing, Shipping arrangements and warehouse information. The FB Community is a very helpful community where I get to interact with other students and professionals in solving problems concerning launching products on Amazon. The Master Class program itself is very easy to follow along and to get familiar with Amazon Business.

It's a huge amount of information everything is all together in one course which is handy I feel like I'm well on my way to my Amazon journey

I've done everything the course suggested and5 months later done less than $400 in sales. Their solution is for me to invest another $2,000 in one on one coaching...

this course is everything that Tom markets it to be. I was very skeptical as I believe everybody should be when they’re buying a course online. This program not only showed me everything I know about my Amazon online store, but it also taught me a lot about how to run a business. If you have an entrepreneur mindset this will just escalate your qualities. It does take hard work but so does everything that will make you money 10 out of 10 recommend it’s great experience and knowledge.

My experience was great the coach is good, I just felt lost because as a newbie I was overwhelmed had so many questions ask.
I think as a beginner I will benefit more if I can get a one on one sesssion, this might help me alot. I realize there is so much to learn, and so many uestions to ask.

The information was a lot to be digested gradually. But it is helpful to know that such information exists.
