THIS IS A SCAM! DON'T BUY TICKETS WITH THIS PEOPLE!

I purchased a flight at a confirmed price of $577, payment was accepted, and I received a booking confirmation. After the purchase, I was contacted and told the price was “incorrect” and that I would need to pay over $900 to keep the booking due to their website not being updated.

This is unacceptable business practice. Once a price is advertised, payment is taken, and confirmation is issued, the customer should not be penalized for the company’s internal errors.

While a refund was eventually offered, I had already relied on the confirmed booking. This experience wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. I would strongly caution others to be careful, as prices shown and confirmed may not actually be honored.

Après l'achat de mon billet qui se fait auprès d'un agent pour tout finaliser ( avec d'autres fournisseurs je pouvais le faire moi-même et il n'y avait pas de mauvaises surprises) , il se trouve que j'ai eu des informations erronées et incomplètes pour des frais de vol qui avait changé, des frais de siège et de baggage qui devaient être inclus puis non, de mauvaises surprises jusqu'au départ à" leurs" conditions puisque ce sont des billets vendus sans possibilité d'annuler même si les erreurs sont de leur part. Plus JAMAIS avec Fareshope.com même si les agents sont polis et disponibles , se sentir pris en otage pour ne pas tout perdre avec un marchand c'est NON.

I found a flight from Montreal to Miami listed for $350 CAD on this website and purchased two tickets using my credit card. Right after completing the purchase, I received an email asking me to call their support line to confirm.

When I called, I was told that the fare I booked was “no longer available” and that I would need to pay an additional $250 per ticket—otherwise, the original $350 per ticket would not be refunded.

This is a blatant bait-and-switch tactic and a complete scam. The price they advertise is clearly just a hook to get your money and then force you into paying more under pressure.

Thankfully, as I was being transferred from one scammer to another, my husband contacted Visa and had them block the transaction. Visa has now officially flagged this company as fraudulent.

I intend to file a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer protection agencies. Avoid this site at all costs.

They argued 4 times next day I confirmed with them my ticket
They forget taxes / they forget a new things so price juste went up. I said no because I received a email with an certain amount.
They confirmed 850$ and I’ve been charged 874$
Event if I have an email confirmation and text confirmation (I realized it after)

They never sent me a eticket : just a confirmation number of their compagnie and the flight compagnie.
I was able to reserve my seat with Delta airline so tough everything will be fine

Nightmare the day of my trip :
I was at the gate because I wasn’t able to pre register
NO TICKET : I was at the airport for my vacation
Delta said that they see my name and they see that I paid for those tickets
But the airline compagnie CANCELLED it
I tried to reach my agent and the 24hres email ; nobody was answering and we are 3 days after and nobody answer

No refund in my bank account

Totally SCAM , Hector’s , Amy , Jamie .. they all F* idiot ( all of them is Indian , it hard to hear that they say ) . The first they will give you a really really good price of the ticket , they will send our for you the confirmation and they keep update update so many new confirmation , finally to cancel your flight on last minute . The seat is only hold in 24 hour , this is what they do : they will book a ticket for you and send out confirmation ( not E-ticket ) to you with out payment to the ariline . In 24hour Airline will automaticly canceled your flight ( bc they didn’t pay for airline yet ) . When you call they will say the ticket is more $ now . If you still want flight out you need to pay more $ ( F* idiot ) . Do not waste your time and $ with this webs and Idiot people 😡

Booked a round trip, NY to ATL $125. They called saying its now $570. Total SCAM!!!! Don't waste your time.

SCAMMERS. I booked my dad a flight for $387 from lax to pdx. They called me the next day saying the “promotion was over” smh. Then said the price was $687. Ridiculous. Don’t try and book with these quacks. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible. Spoofed the Jet Blue number, charged me an extra $300 for a ticket. Filed a fraud claim. Jet Blue said it is a scam. Lied to me when I asked if they were a travel agent. Lied to me when I asked if I could book directly with airline. Told me outright "JB's website isn't updating with the new price." RUN AWAY And BEWARE!

This company is a TOTAL SCAM! False advertisement! They call you back after paying the flight ticket with other prices,and dates increasing the price to a double digit!!

Don't book ever there they canceled 3 times my flight because they could find better deals for them and commission. There cancelation of my flight made me waiting 9h with twice checking in with different airlines going twice to security check and waiting of my checked in luggage twice at arrival and going back through customs and immigration. A nightmare this scam business should be closed for good. All there employees are liars and crooks.

They should go to Jail for scamming people around the world. I’ll request the Government machineries to keep close eyes on their activities. And save humanity from their scamming.

I’m pleased with the customer service thus far. Mia was very helpful. However I booked my own flight so no mistakes made. Booked on 20/10/2022 for flight on 21/10/22. Next day so I expected a price increase. And yes it was doubled: So was everyone else at that time.

The worst agency, this is complete fraud, I booked a fly for 2 persons on sept , I asked the agent that I need my fly on sept 17th because I had a meeting that day in the afternoon, when I arrived to the airport, they bought the tickets on sept 18th but I don’t can fly that day because I had return that day, I called and texted the agent about to cancell and He liked that I fly the date that him chooses, I said cancell because I can’t and only He never answered my calls and texts anymore, I am still trying they refund my money, I’ve been calling 5 times and nobody help me, don’t Booking with this sh….. agency

I booked flight on Jun 26 and I have to fight with them to my ticket and at last minute the did mistake on my reservation them then air canada aire line they canceled my reservation but I have chance I got my money back but its very bad agency

This is a total scam. The prices are too good to be true. They book you at a certain price and then never send a ticket and charge you more than twice what you booked for. Just spent an hour on the phone canceling with an extra 70$ cancellation fee. Don’t do it!!!!
