Lots to choose from and good quality
Really enjoyed getting all the fancy dress stuff for the kids party. They had everything we needed. A big range of outfits that you just cannot buy in town. The quality of materials used is good. Not the cheap stuff you can buy for peanuts online.
The price was also not bad. The only problem is that kids will fight over the different costumes. Oh well.
If we do another fancy dress party then this is where I will be spending my money.

My parcel was dispatched very quickly and I was sent the tracking number. Very efficient!
The two outfits were exactly as described, were really great and appear to be well made - The sizing was accurate.
Very good value for money!

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. Completely inefficient and a rip off. Ordered an outfit Dec 12 for a Christmas performance on Friday 14th. Paid over £10 for NEXT DAY delivery. Waited in all afternoon 13th Dec, tracked package, never arrived, no explanation. Rebooked delivery for 14th, again waited all afternoon, no delivery. Have just been notified it will now be delivered on MONDAY 17th!!!! 3 days after the event!!! Why do Fancy Dress Ball ask you to tick a box for the date of your event? Why would I need a costume after the event? Extremely disappointing, so be warned. I'm expecting a swift refund of all monies paid otherwise will be taking it further. Shockingly bad service.

I am sorry to learn that your parcel did not arrive in time for your event
We dispatched your order on time via the Next Day delivery service in good faith that DPD would deliver your parcel to you the following day. After speaking with DPD they have advised that they unfortunately encountered delays on the day your order should have been delivered. They then reattempted delivery the following day but the driver could not locate your property. Please accept my sincere apologies for this. We do understand the importance of a timely delivery and it is always frustrating when our couriers let us down in turn letting you down on. Please be assured that we have taken this up with DPD as it is wholly unacceptable
I have requested that DPD return the parcel to ourselves and a full refund inclusive of your delivery charge has been processed.
I apologise again on behalf of DPD for the inconvenience caused and I hope you can appreciate that this issue was out of our control.
We do hope to welcome you back to Fancy Dress Ball in the future

Fabulous outfit and fabulous service.
Hi had to buy a fancy dress outfit at the last minute. I rang fancy dress ball and spoke to a really nice young lady called Jodie. She was excellent and I was able to collect my outfit that afternoon. She was really good at recommending sizes too.
The outfit a dancing queen outfit was really good value for money and got lots of complements on my night out. Would highly recommend Fancy Dress ball and will definitely use them again.

Speedy service, best value on the web
Speedy service, costumes as described and best value on internet I could find. Cannot fault them as a supplier really.
The costume itself is pretty good. I went for the Cannonball run costume, one for me and one for a friend. Only thing I wish it had was CHAOS on the mask part and I wish the jacket had pockets like the trousers. Its fine for what we need though and this is not a reflection on Fancy Dress Ball as they are just a supplier.

This is my first experience buying from this store.My outfit was lovely and cheaper compared to some of the other stores.The costume came very fast.it was a little bit big for me.I was able to ring them and arrange a smaller size which came within 2 days.excellent service and customer care.I will definitely be buying from them again.
