I bought a scooter from Mr John Ward at FOS at the end of April 2020 and have had nothing but trouble. I requested to return the scooter after discovering it was not right for me. I had made Mr Wsrd aware of the potential issue before delivery. I was bombarded with excuses as to why he will not accept it back. Including the Covid pandemic. (Not a legal reason) It's now Dec 2020 and I'm still left with a scooter that I cannot use and no sign of a refund. I think there has been plenty of time to look into this matter by now and John has so far volunteered nothing. Disgraceful company to be avoided at all costs...

This is the second scooter we have purchased, the first for my dad 5 years ago, we had excellent service then and the second one for my mum is the most recent, again excellent service from advise, communication to delivery, wouldn't go any where else.

Very good so far, will know more when we take it out in the countryside.

I have had a kimco midi scooters for 3 years and had to replace the batteries twice at £220 a time I think that is disgusting. And had to replace front tyres after one year kimco are a disgrace

I was looking for a mobility scooter to suit me needs.
I called factory outlets and received advice on what would suit me the staff we're
Plolite even though l call them several time after making an order l was given a date for delivery and it was on time and correct
I was amazed at the cost of my mobility scooter being many hundreds of pounds cheaper than else where
Have not fear of buying of this outlet

I got the rascal 388S it was an amazing price and needed something for my mother in law as she can’t walk far and does not want to go on buses at the current time...the price was amazing I was so surprised as I thought it was too good to be true but no I ordered online and it was delivered to my mother in laws address within the week they called to arrange a suitable delivery time and explained it would be a contactless delivery...the guys set it all up showed her how it worked but keeping a safe distance at all times....I’m really over the moon with the whole customer service from start to finish and she now has some freedom back at this wording time....amazing company would highly recommend 10 stars
