Ordered a remote controlled lawn mower really cheap i figured give the company a chance waited a month then my package was out for delivery for 48 hours said to have been delivered in the middle of the night guess what no package anywhere i would give this a 0 start rating and deam this company a major scam

I have been doing business with this company for many years. Never had any sort of issue. However, that has all changed in the past two months. I placed an order on November 4th expecting the same great shipping experience I have enjoyed for all these years. Usually takes 7 to 10 days. Usually less. I needed it by the 23rd so I thought no problem. It did not come in 7 to 10 days so I called and spoke to Brian who could not have been nicer. I understand they can't control the mail. However, when I called on December 2nd and spoke to Daneen...whole other story. RUDE!!! Told me I was wrong (basically I'm a liar), talked over me, kept telling me I was wrong...
NO, that is not what it said, "No, that is not what happened" I asked her to please let me finish several times. I was not calling to ask for anything just wanted to report I had still not received the order. She informed me it would be delivered today. I would have been fine with that if she had not been so disrespectful and RUDE!!! For a family owned business this is so disappointing.
company. Though it was a pretty charm it didn't fit, so we sent it back. Waited a bit, than contacted the company to make sure they got, it processed etc.. They were very rude to my husband, telling him with bad attitude that they never received it. So we tracked it and it was indeed delivered there, so we call again, go the same rue response so now we are annoyed (who wouldn't be at the point) We contacted the postal service better business bureau and after pay. Postal service sent us a letter, stating the package was delivered to the companies address. They did infact receive it. They have put us through unwanted stress, aggregation and showed us just how bad greed really is. Buyers BEWARE! If you order something from there, be sure u want to keep it because you will never get your money back and if you owed any money on the item (like through After pay or klarma) they will still continue to charge you even though you no longer have the item and they received it. Do NOT buy from here. Your safer buying from WISH!

Flooring they are selling quality is very poor also they are not responsible and customer service is very poor
I bought vinyl from them after 6 months are vinyl has been broken and pill off I contacted them they said because we didn’t installed then we are not responsible I used professional installer .

I purchased a whole living room set and the company went out of business. I never got my money back. To date, they are still not back in business. I was scammed.
I bought a humidifier Oct 20, 2023. It cost $56.47 and was advertised as new. Two months later it was making loud noises. I brought it back Dec 13, 2023. To my surpprise, I was told that it only had a 7 day return. My insider plus status was of no use. They told me to leave it for repair. By January 11 I had not heard from them so I called them. I was told that it could not be repaired. When I picked it up it was still taped in the box. It was obvious that it was not even opened.
I ordered a wheelchair in July and never received it or money returned no reply from emails only just found this to make my statement
Harmeet, Manager and Odane, Employee went above and beyond today to help me. Without their help I would not have been able to complete my Christmas gift for my daughter. Pleasant, helpful, courteous could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you both for all that you did for me today. It was greatly appreciated.
They do not respond to email or their webform. Asked to cancel an order almost right after I placed it. No reply
No mention on website of a no cancel policy either.
My Sister ordered computer speakers on my account because hers weren't working. The same day we got a confirmation email saying they were back ordered and they would get them from another location. Shortly afterwards my sisters speakers were working. I contacted them twice via their contact form on their site and once by email. No reply. My Sister twice called their head office and left a message as to why she was calling. NO return call. She now has filed a complaint with her VISA and they are going to try to contact them. The pending ship date keeps getting later and apparently according to their site they are out of stock so obviously they can't ship them yet they billed her right away! If a product is defective, good luck hearing back from them.

Worst customer service. I bought 2 Ipad and had problems with them within a week. One will not keep its charge and the other doesn't charge. I wrote over 10 emails to their customer service and not one reply. Stay away from them.
Ordered online. It was a heated blanket that was cheaper here than other places listing the same blanket. It was sealed and worked great out of the box. The one thing was that the shipping estimate was way sooner than I got it. I think they estimated something like March 20 and I got it 2 weeks later. So I guess if you need something in a hurry (I didn’t, so I didn’t mind either way) maybe don’t take the delivery estimate at face value.
They have to mention that everything is refurbished in a bigger letters. I simply didn’t mention and now the whole joy from new Apple Watch is gone and I guess I’ll have to sell them. Cause I don’t want some crap that will break day after warranty is over. Buy from them if you know what you going for
Bought a back brace on phone with the Kennedy rd. and Ellesmere .store.
When I got to store and picked it up I was asked for the size I needed.
I said XL.
Today when opened the package and tried it on, it was too small.
Medium instead of XL
I phoned and explained the problem.
She said she would check stock and reported that they were out of stock and I could take it back for refund.
After all, they were the ones who caused the problem.
That's when the fun started.
I gave the brace and the receipt to the guy who opened the door. (Pandemic couldn't the entrer store.) and said I wanted a refund.
He said can only givean exchange .
I explained that was told I coud get a refund.
It was the stores fault not mine.
He was adamant and I was getting angry.
Finally I outlasted him and he gave me the refund.
Problems:
1) When they took my order they only checked to see if in stock instead of checking what size I needed.
2) When I was picking it up I told him XL, so why did he give me a medium?
3) Why did he give me an argument?
Result, I made 2 trips to store for nothing and got into an argument to boot.
That's no way to treat a customer.
I definitly am not in the mood for a repeat experience.
Note:Before this, I had actually joined their club.
