Formula One Autocentres - Slough Anmeldelser 

I have requested a refund due to poor customer service by the Slough Branch.
I have booked the appointment for my car tyres on 15 Sep 2023 at 13:45 and arranged a time to go to the Slough Formula One Autocentre. However, when I reached there, the customer service representative informed me that we still need to receive the delivery of the tyres; hence, the tyres can't be replaced, and we'll book another appointment for you. The Representative said I'd receive a call when the tyres arrive, and the new appointment will be booked, but I have not received a call.
After waiting 2 days, I called back on Sunday after 10:00 a.m. to confirm if tyres were available. The Representative confirmed that the tyres had arrived, but no one called me. Then again, the Representative booked me for 12:00 p.m. and when I reached there, he said I booked you for 11:45 a.m. I got the time on the phone at 12:00 p.m., and no confirmation email or message was received for the appointment time.

At last, I decided to cancel my order and get a refund as I had a very unpleasant experience with formula one autocentre Slough. I'll sort out my tyres with someone else, but I won't use F1 Auto centre again due to the poor customer I received on 2 occasions.

I have used the Slough branch twice now for MOT’s, each time the service has been fantastic! I asked if they could check I had purchased the correct windscreen wipers for my vehicle (purchased online) and they fitted them for free. Excellent service and would highly recommend!

After bad experiences with Kwikfit, National Tyres, and Carrera Worx in Brentford. Cross threaded sump plug, wrong oil filter, and cracked oil filter housing, it was good to see the man at your Slough branch complete the service to a good standard.
I'll return for sure.

Slough Branch:
I arrived 15 mins before my booked MOT slot and left the key with the manager who failed to even acknowledge me as I came through the door. I proceeded to ask how long it would take to complete the MOT, he said 45 minutes. So off I trotted to Costa Coffee and returned after 45 mins only to find my car had just been put on the ramps. I asked the manager why my car was not ready yet. Of course he put the blame on someone else. So I took a seat in their waiting room where the manager joined me in the opposite chair in order to catch up on some TicToc videos with ‘naughty’ some language. Unbelievable. After another 25 minutes the car was ready. I took the keys and left. Not a single apology from the manager for keeping me waiting so long. Never going back.

Manny was empathetic and beyond helpful with his advice and solutions. His two colleagues were competent and focussed on completing an excellent finish to a a range of issues that I had presented. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable crew!

I give zero stars. This company damaged my tyre rims, best to keep away from this company. The componyy offers very poor service in resolving issues, They do not bother to reply to your complaint and handle it properly. Avoid this company as they offer very poor unprofessional service and your car could be damaged by them and they will say it is not thier fault.

Very dissapointed first time visit to the slough center. 05th july booked for an appointment to replace new tyres, was given a confirmed appointment on 06th July and was told budget tyres @63 each are in stock and my order is confirmed. On visiting the slough center at appointed time, i was told there was no order placed for my request, only appointment was booked, instead of trying to solve my problem i was questioned about name of person i spoke to and was told i should know that if a previous customer required the same size, i would not get the tyres, so i drive all the way 8 miles just to be told this, i was told at reception i could pay 112 for each tyre as only those were in stock. Got the feeling they were trying to rip me off with budget tyre gimmick.

Booked a MOT Online for the Slough branch but it couldn't be performed because of a new warning light. Nick helped to direct me to someone who diagnosed the fault and it means I need to get the car fixed and MOT done elsewhere. I called up to let them know and they are providing a refund for the test. Very helpful service and will return to garage for future MOT and work on car.
