Amazing team
Had an issue with oil sump plug and Adam and the team sorted it out with in minutes. They also helped with my exhaust. Such a great place to get stuff done and good prices.

Tyres plus tracking - great service!
Four new tyres bought online at fair price and fitted 2 days later in Shrewsbury workshop. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. I had tracking corrected at same time and the improvement in steering and handling is fantastic. These guys know their stuff! I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. Many thanks.

What a joke!
We booked both cars in for MOT via the web mid August and paid our money. On the day, took a call, sorry, our MOT guy has gone sick. Can we have our money back please while we secure MOTs at a much higher cost due to the lack of operational mechanics? Urm, NO! We had to wait a 4 days before finance rang, Urm, your credit card won't accept refunds, really I thought? Ok what happens next? Customer service will ring you early next week and will arrange to make an internet bank transfer, OK I thought. Friday, no call, no cash! So I rang customer services and while trying to explain my woes, the plank on the end of the phone was quite arrogant to say the least, as much charisma as a wasp, apparently, the only person who can organise my refund is absent due to bereavement, sorry, not my issue, absence again, I want my money back, he said, I don't like your accusations, excuse me, I don't like that you have my money, and you've had my money without providing the service, for nearly two weeks, flipping ridiculous, and then the plank put the phone down on me! Great, what a win for a rubbish organisation, own goal comes to mind....never, ever again will we use this excuse of a business. End of rant but I still don't have my money returned!

Ian was fantastic
Ian was fantastic. I had faulty aircon and he got in straight in and sorted. He was so helpful!!!! Could recommend enough!!! Fab fast and great price, thought it would cost a fortune!!!!
