This is the second time I’ve used this branch as they’d been so open and honest last time out. Friendly greeting on arrival and good communication throughout transaction. Would definitely recommend

Had MOT booked at Redditch branch I got a phone call day before telling me it was cancelled and they would refund my money as no future dates available ,I had also had a reminder that morning from them

Formula one autocentre is excellent. We've had many good experiences. Usually the best value in town. They're reliable in their assessment of work needed. Work is carried out efficiently. We get friendly reception and great communication. Well done.

I used the Redditch Branch for a full service and MOT on my BMW 5 Series.
I dropped the car off and went home but - due to a medical issue - I was unable to collect the car as arranged that afternoon. Luis, the Centre Manager, contacted me with an update and when I explained the situation he was so kind and helpful. He arranged for the car to be dropped off. Although I live quite locally he went out of his way to help and I am so grateful. Thanks to the lads who dropped it round. It is this sort of service that makes me happy to bring my car here.
The car has been fully serviced and MOT completed at the price quoted. This is considerably cheaper than if I returned to a BMW Garage which would charge 4 times more. Super price!
I have used the Redditch Formula One Centre previously for tyres and service and I will certainly use again. The guys are so helpful and efficient. The price is brilliant. I could not ask for more.

Manager, Luis McAndrew and his team are outstanding. They deliver extraordinary customer service. Their friendly approach and always remembering customer's first name makes every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend to everyone replacing their tyres. Would not consider purchasing from anywhere else. If your company offers a reward scheme for staff I would like to put Luis forward for such a reward.

Had a great experience at the formula one garage in washford redditch. Very kind staff and quick at their job, i would definitely recommend to friends and family and re-visit again in the future.

Brilliant service from a Brilliant team.

Very respectable price, with discounts clearly advertised and available.
Keeping in contact throughout the service to ensure you get exactly what you asked for. Or should anything else need to be done, so no hidden additional costs at the end. Where possible going the extra mile to find the cheapest, quickest and best option for the work to be done.

Visited the Redditch branch for a quote for two front tyres, Louis was so helpful and talked me through a couple of options. I chose the Bridgestone tyres and booked everything on-line for two weeks later. Arrived as requested for my date/time, Louis and the team started my car on time, and were careful with my car/alloys. Also, took the opportunity of the free wheel alignment check, all four wheels were out, quote received and went ahead with the re-alignment. Such great service, I've been here before with a previous car, never disappointed, two front tyres and a puncture repair. I'll definitely use them again.

Phoned Saturday to book car in for new brake pads and discs and had them done Sunday morning. The young man on reception was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Excellent service all round! Would certainly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you
