There was an issue with whocanfixmycar.com platform which meant the booking for my MOT hadn't been placed with the garage, the garage was fully booked but managed to accommodate me at short notice, the staff are very nice and professional, also they have a nice comfortable area to wait in, would definitely use again, highly recommended ☺️

Booked online for next day diagnostics, the issue was found quickly and the car fixed the same day. It was our first time using this garage but we will definitely be back and recommend to others.

Honestly I would not go anywhere else, fantastic service, really nice, honest and professional staff. See you at short notice too,

I had my Cupra PHEV seviced for a major service and oil change
Clough Rd Hull ,over £100 less than the suppling dealsrship. Very efficient from drop off to collection. And also fixed noisey brakes the dealership had ommited to fix over in the passed 24 months .will be using these guys from now on.

Graham and team at Formula One come highly recommended by me! Availability, pricing, kindness and the overall experience of dealing with the stress that comes with your car breaking is second to none with Formula One. Wouldn’t ever take my car anywhere else! Nothing is ever too much trouble and the service you get is fantastic.

Took my mercedes cls to formula1 in hull they were so proffesional they carried out repairs very quickly and perfectly they then passed the car for its mot and they were reasonably priced all in all a pleasant experience and i will definately reccomend them to everyone

I took my car in after a mot elsewhere to get a second opinion and they said that the car was in perfect shape and that the other place was trying to rip me off . Very grateful for the lads doing honest work.

Had tyres fitted and had problems with front offside losing air regularly returning 3 occasions apparently they don't replace valves unlike other garages I've used will definitely not be back

Paid for 4 tyres online, when attended the appointment, tyres weren't there. Primised to call as soon as they get the delivery. No contact from them. Called 3 consecutive days and same reply. So frustrated now and pressed for refund. They just dont care. Never again

I had a very disappointing experience .
After their service, the staff were rude and dismissive. They ignored the real issue I came for and tried to point out other problems instead. They also said they wouldn’t do the job there anymore, even though they had done it before. On top of that, their service is very expensive. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this garage.

This company literally saved my Christmas this year. It was a busy Saturday and I, like the rest of the city, was rushing around trying to get the last few bits of Christmas shopping and toys for my young children. Then I drove over a screw and got a flat tyre at the most inconvenient time. No other garages would assist. I was devastated because I needed to get my children to a Christmas party. My husband took the car to F1. Not only did they assist, they replaced the tyre and did not charge for it. I cannot thank this company enough for their friendly, festive spirit. They enabled me to get my children to the party and I could buy the last of the toys they wanted with the money I saved on the tyre. The staff at F1 deserve a super Christmas bonus. Merry Christmas

The team squeezed me in at short notice for replacement expansion tank and brake pads. Delighted with the speed, good communication outlining problem/prices and job well done. Highly recommend.

I arrived at F1 in an extremely distressed state.My mother had just died and l had a slashed tyre due to a beer bottle.My spare was fitted and l was given a replacement.The manager took care of the situation for me.lt was more than l could cope with under the circumstances.Thank you so much for your compassion at such difficult time.

Brought my nissan qashqai in for oil problems and track rod ends and Jake outdid himself. The company should be honoured to have Jake working there. Great guy. Knows his stuff. Called in today as the gears on my car didn't work. Spoke to Paul who said he would have a look. Told me what was wrong and he would do a temporary fix to get me home. He was so helpful and staff very efficient. Proper lifesavers as I was just stuck not able to go anywhere. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Got my mileage wrong 3 times on 2 services and 1 mot rang them to tell them they said it’s only. Number got them to send correct mileage document this time but my mot said 73000 miles instead of 13000 I ve been a loyal customer for two and a half years won’t be going back

Spot on took my car at 8:30 picked it back up at 11:30 after mot and service booking online makes it easier only place I use anymore
