Excellent service by all the staff that dealt with my replacement tyres

Hastings: Staff were brilliant I stayed in centre whilst MOT completed/ failed / fixed / retested so was in centre for 2 hours, the customer service skills that I witnessed for good and challenging customers was excellent, and I am now a raving fan! Thank you 😊

Warm welcome when entered office.
The Manager communicated they were running 15mins late , but completed the MOT within the amended hour.

Took my car in for a full service, it was done in a couple of hours and I was given friendly, no pressure advice about next steps to take

Took in for service and MOT. Broke my bonnet latch, no offer of repair or reimbursement, didn't listen to any other concerns, as the guy that worked on the car repeated back a concern i said to someone else when dropping off.
Couldn't even clear the service light!? What kind of garage can't clear a service light, yes you need the right software/kit, but this isn't a shed in the garden business?

If you look after your car, do not take it here. I won't ever return.

UPDATE - So what's the saying, fool me once Shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Went for a simple tyre replacement, they don't have the Jack pads for my car (electric car). So I rebook for two days away and order the pads myself. Come in at the same time on the next booked day. Sorry you've arrived too late we can't fit you in.

Honestly just go somewhere else.

Ordered online , turned up to be fitted at 9.30 as booked
Manager i can't do till 2 o clock I did contact them to let you know.

so I phoned asda head office to see why I wasn't contacted , no email received from garage.

We were stuck with a puncture in Hastings on a Sunday. We were lucky that the nice gentlemen working there was very helpful and managed to fit us in last minute even though it was nearly time for him to close the Garage. Reasonable rates and great service!!

My husband and I have both had our MOT'S done over the last couple of days, parts that needed to be replaced were ordered and fitted the same day. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and we thoroughly recommend them.

Drove my car in, had to have it collected on a transporter to deliver it to another garage for it to be repaired!!!! The engine was not even put back together! All this after them having the car for 3weeks.
Dates from 26/6/23 to 18/7/23
Never again will I use them.
Just checked with DVLA. On my invoice my car passed its MOT after work! DVLA have my car as having failed it’s MOT!!!
Another rip off by formula 1 Hastings, where will it ever end!
Finally got the car back on 4/8/23 from a reputable garage, all repaired. Just awaiting the engineers report now.
No response whatsoever from formula 1 other than the standard response even after I had given them my contact details! Absolutely laughable!!!

Super friendly and professional team who after taking a look at my vehicle were able to identify that no work was needed and so did not charge. Will definitely be using for any further work in the future and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

Popped in whilst passing, arranged for a couple of new tyres for my old car.
From the initial 'what size are your tyres sir?' to I haven't a clue, Alan was on it. Even helped me drag a chair outside to sit in the sun whilst they fitted the tyres. Good prices, good people with an excellently run franchise.

Apparently in this branch, they don't fit tires on commercial vehicles but you won't know this before some money has been spent on their website for a new set of tires and waited days till the first available time slot. Time wasters!

Had a full service done at the Hastings branch. All ok apart from the fact that they have done a tyre report and stated that my spare is in good condition and legal. Problem is I don't have a spare. Does make you wonder if you can trust the rest of the service .

The staff at this auto centre are
Polite, knowledgeable, friendly p, patient and extremely professional
I witnessed how professional, patient and polite Alan was whn a customer was being a bit pushy.. he was unshaken by this and remained calm.
The workmanship is excellent and. I'm happy with my full.service

When I arrived they where very polite ,took my keys and just got on with and called me when it was finished .

Jack and the boys at FormulaOne in Hastings went above and beyond to get my tyres fitted to 20” x 11J rims. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Great service at F1 auto centre Hastings.
Went into the Hastings centre for tyres on my Nissan Cube, The manager Alan, was so helpful with making sure I got exactly the right tyres & he even made sure I got the same deal that I saw online.
The job was done quickly & efficiently.
I can’t recommend them enough
