Formula One Autocentres - Bolton Anmeldelser 

For the life of me I'm not sure why I am being asked to leave a review because my MOT service has not even been done by F1! I received a call at 17.05 the evening before the mot was due to inform me that they don't even have the staff to conduct the said MOT. The gent that called me arranged for my service to be done by an independent dealer later that day.
Why put your staff in a situation like that by taking the publics money and advertising you offer a service you knowingly are incapable of?
On a side note to Trustpilot- why does one not have the option of leaving a true star rating? ( Mine would have been negative 3)

Booked an MOT online and when I turned up on a Saturday afternoon to be told, that we have no one to do an MOT on a weekend only on weekdays. I am now with a car, fantastic weather and have to get to work on Monday. NO MOT THOUGH.
Thanks for that, oh and yes, they did offer to do the MOT on Tuesday.

Several weeks ago I had a slow leak in one of my tyres, I went to a back street used tyre place in Bolton and had a repair done, I was advised I needed 2 tyres replacing as they were almost illegal. I booked and paid online for 2 Michelin tyres at £76.40 each, which were cheaper than anywhere else. I went to F1 in Bolton the following day to have my tyres fitted, the guy who’s name I did not get was very polite and he said he would replace the worst 2 tyres and put both of the new ones on the front axle, I intended asking him to do this and he just saved me asking for what I wanted. As I was sat in the waiting room the guy came and asked me to come and look at my tyres, he pointed out that 3 of the tyres were fine and only one needed replacing. He then phoned his accounts department and told them he was only putting one tyre on and would they refund the other back into my bank account. Sure enough I got £76.40 refunded into my account yesterday, I admire their honesty there’s not a lot of places would have done this, the majority would just have changed 2 tyres whether they needed replacing or not just to get the sale. I also had my screen wash topped up for free. I would highly recommend F1 auto centre and will certainly use them again 😇

Ordered tyres online, happy with price, given time booking to attend, on arrival, friendly staff, prompt effecient service. Thank You, will use again.
