Excellent customer service
I had a disabled man with me who was looking for a new

We wandered about the Hollywood Exchange store for a couple of minutes, then Samantha came to assist.
She was extremely helpful and my client purchased a new recliner. Thanks Samantha.

Just bought a beautiful chair for my kitchen & had a very good shopping experience in the Holywood Exchange shop. No pressure from staff just extremely helpful 👌 advice when requested. Also wanted to buy a side table and Phil (one of the staff) was helping by bringing over a different selection to sit beside the chair. Would highly recommend this shop for quality of the products and
very professional staff.

I recently visited EZ Living at Holywood Exchange to buy a garden egg chair, and I had a great experience. One of their employees, Dylan Rhodes , was extremely helpful throughout.
He was professional, approachable, and made the whole buying process very quick and straightforward. He also went the extra mile by helping me load the box into my car, which I really appreciated.
Overall, excellent customer service — well done!
