Hi, this was my first purchase with you.
Your price of this model was the best i found, and my decison of buying it was made after i contacted the customer support with some questions, and had 10% discount on top of that.
From the time i placed my order and once it was shipped, it only took 24 hours to be in my hands. Considering the distance from Malta to Portugal, that's saying a lot.
I gotta say, when i opened the package and saw the outer box from another model, i kinda freaked out, but then i saw that everything else was in check.
Your ratings are very well deserved.
5 stars all the way !!!

Pedro, thank you for sharing such a detailed account of your first order. It’s rewarding to know that our pricing and guidance gave you confidence to proceed, and that your parcel reached Portugal just 24 hours after dispatch. We completely understand why noticing that the outer box did not correspond to the model ordered caused concern, and we apologise for that moment of uncertainty. We’re glad that the eyewear and everything inside were correct when checked. Your five-star recommendation is sincerely appreciated, and we hope to welcome you back.

Daarvoor nemen wij onze verantwoordelijkheid.
Onze oprechte excuses. Wij nemen uw feedback zeer serieus.
