Was looking for a particular 1/4 zip and Express Golf had it (I had it in another colour so wanted a grey one)

Sterling service
Bought a golf bag online from this company, but it was the last one in stock and didn't have a raincover. As agreed, they sent it out, on the understanding that they would try source one from TaylorMade.
After an awful lot of work on their part, they managed to get one and I had it delivered within 24hrs of our last telephone conversation.
I cannot thank Andy enough for the time and effort he put into this, dealing with both my daughter and myself, and obviously TaylorMade too. It seems strange nowadays dealing with someone who actually provides proper customer service and actually cares about his clients. Sterling service Andy... thank you. 🫡
