Dangerous to rent gere
I rented a Nissan Sentra 2020 from this company and it turned out to be the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. On the way to Georgia we discovered by ourselves that the brake pads were completely worn out – the car gave no warning light or signal at all. When we finally managed to check it at a repair shop, the mechanics told us that the brakes could have completely failed at any moment, which means our lives were literally at risk.
We lost 4 hours stuck in Vanadzor because no shop had the right parts, and later the car also showed an engine error while we were driving back to Armenia , adding even more stress to an already unsafe situation.
To make things worse, the company at first refused to offer any compensation. Only after I insisted did they finally return just 20€, which is ridiculous considering the danger and the wasted time.
This proves that the company does not maintain or properly check their cars before renting them out, and they also fail to take responsibility afterwards. Driving a car in this condition is not just inconvenient – it is dangerous and unacceptable. I strongly advise against renting from this company.

Dear Costumer,
Thanks for your detailed review . Honestly its very important for us to recive sometimes not so good reviews , but let me kindly do not agree with you for some points . Vehicles are maintained ,well , but sometimes there can be some problems with a cars as they its a car and can be broken . also please add in your review that you were out of yerevan and there was 2 ways or repair a vehicle or change it as repair will take from you less time , we repaired it and the garage was not found by you , it was sent by us and you did not to spent 4 hours , you spent 1.45 minuties . by the way driving threw serpentines is really dangerouse to use only brakes , you need to slow down by engine as brakes can be burned ( whats happened with you) according compensation we refunded you a money 20 Euro and if it was dangerous to drive by that car how you take risk to drive it anymore as it was dangerous , so if we will refund for example whole amount it can not be dangerous ? or it can compensate your adrenaline ? its little bit strange for me . acceptable for me can be to stop the vehicle ask for replacement of the vehicle, ask for a refund as you said it was dangerous .
Why you didn't do that because you understood that brakes were burned , it was changed as soon as possible and the company did everything from his side , anyway you had a chance to ask for a refund and you didn't get back that amount which you need you wrote a bad review. Anybody who reads this understand what happed .
If you write that you didn't like the service as there was real problems, they didn't helped me when i had a problem, they didnt changed the car , they didnt do their work etc I could understand you, but when you write a review which is partly true its not acceptable for anyone .
Regards
All good

Rented a car for the first time in principle and was very worried about the reliability of the company.
I was guided by reviews, prices and the ability to drive a vehicle with less than 2-3 years of experience
We booked a Nissan Versa (or similar), they upgraded us to a Nissan X-trail. We were very pleased with the use of the car
On site they showed everything, explained, answered questions. It is convenient that the employees speak excellent Russian
Overall, I was 100% satisfied with the service. I recommend
