I love the sunglasses. I already have a few originals and I just ordered the “ choice “ ones for the first time. They look amazing and there is a huge difference between the originals and the choice in terms of the quality of the frames . The lenses are anti glare too which it makes them so much better for driving and comfortable for your eyes. .I got the promotion 2x1 and saved £99. Customer service is great , Nick always replays so quickly and answers any questions or suggestions.Thank you again .

The best customer service I have ever experienced from a brand. I lost my favorite pair of explicit poet sunglasses recently and when I went to re-order them noticed they were no longer available online. I sent them a message through Instagram and within one day they were able to locate the last pair for me and have them shipped. Incredible quality, value and customer service. And I always get tons of compliments when I wear these sunglasses. Forever my favorites!!!

Update: I finally got my order. And i would like to thank the customer service. They have been in touch. I highly recommend!

I took advantage of the 2x1 sale and don't regret it. They arrived fast and good quality sunglasses. I have another pair that I have been using for 3 years and very good condition. Also the price is very fair

Two pairs of glasses broke in the same way (the temples). I've been trying to contact customer service since May of this year without success. The service and experience are terrible.

Ειναι το 7ο ζευγαρι γυαλια ηλιου που αγοραζω απο Explicit Poets. 2 φορες (σε 2 ξεχωριστες παραγγελιες) εγινε λαθος στο μοντελο που παρηγγειλα και μεσα σε 1 ωρα απο το mail μου για το λαθος, εστειλαν κ τις 2 φορες το σωστο ζευγαρι ενω μου αφησαν κ το "λαθος" ζευγαρι ως δωρο για την ταλαιπωρια.. Συγχαρητηρια , αψογη εξυπηρετηση κ αντιμετωπιση κ στην "ατυχη" στιγμη της παραγγελιας. Επισης το μαγαζι στην Ακροπολη ειναι υπεροχο, το εχω επισκεφθει γι συτο το λεω.. Συνεχιστε ετσι παιδια!!

I ordered two pairs from Explicit Poets and I'm very impressed! The design was very nice and the quality was better than i expected for this price range. The packaging was great and delivery was very fast. I made a mistake with my address, emailed customer support amd they resolved my issue promptly. Great value for money, I recommend this brand if you are looking for an affordable stylish pair of sunglasses. Will be ordering again.

I’ve been a returning customer of Explicit Poets over the last couple of years and I have never been disappointed. The quality of the sunglasses are fantastic and the price for what you get is unmatched. Always get compliments when I wear these glasses. The service is also first class. I’m updating my review after Explicit Poets’ public response.

Customer support was true to what they stated on Trustpilot: they sent me a replacement pair of sunglasses free of charge and kept me informed with tracking and follow-up emails. I really appreciate how professional, clear and respectful the support team (Nick) was throughout the process.

That said, receiving a new pair doesn’t change my concern about the product itself. The arms of the glasses still feel quite fragile for sunglasses that can be heavily exposed to the sun and everyday use. It’s a bit strange to have sunglasses that need to be protected so carefully from heat and normal handling, especially in this price range.

Overall:

Customer support: 5/5 – very responsive and honest, they did exactly what they promised publicly.

Product durability: still a concern, particularly the temples/arms of the frame.

I truly appreciate the attitude and service of customer support, but I hope the brand improves the robustness of these frames in the future.

I bought a pair of Explicit Poets glasses and the quality is disappointing. The arms are very weak and snapped at the hinge just from taking the glasses off my head normally. That point is clearly fragile and didn’t withstand everyday use. I expected much better for this price. I’m awaiting a solution from the brand (exchange/warranty) and, in the meantime, I can’t recommend them—especially if you need durable glasses.

I bought sunglasses in their store in Athens. After a few months of usage the small metal piece on frame fall out. I couldn’t exchange it since I am not from Athens/Greece. I had the best and kindest experience with their customer service. They send a new pair of sunglasses in the same week. Otherwise they have beautiful selection of sunglasses and I can truthfully recommend to check it out, on website or if you are in Athens you should visit the store because it’s very pretty.

This is the third time I’ve bought their glasses because I love their designs, and this time the shipping company lost my package. When I reached out to the support team, Explicit Poets immediately took action and didn’t hesitate to replace my order. I received it within just 3 days!
